    Excelent atmosphere

    The crew really brought the energy and made the experience so fun! They were attentive to everyone the entire time. The boat was super clean, and they kept it spotless throughout the trip. The tacos were absolutely delicious! Would definitely do it again.

    It was simply awesome! The crew were very friendly and showed their personalities! We feel this sunset cruise was a true 2fer! The clouds were very thick so the sunset its self wasn’t great. However the whale show was simply amazing! We couldn’t have asked for more!!! If we could we would give 10 stars!!!🥰🥰🥰

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

    First of all our original date was cancelled due to a private event. They booked us for the next day, but the directions to meet the boat were so poor that we missed our excursion. I have asked for a refund, but have not heard back. I am SO incredibly upset. We were able to meet another boat, but only for drinks, no dinner included.

As communicated, our company policy does not permit refunds for tours missed due to late arrivals or other delays not caused by our operations. Despite this, we made every effort to accommodate your group by offering an alternative tour. It was understood and agreed upon that this alternative would be different and that refunds could not be granted due to the missed original tour.
