Cruise Guests: Provide your cruise ship’s full name and docking time at the time of booking. Pickup is generally at OXXO Plaza Gali, near the Cabo San Lucas cruise tender port. Exact instructions will be confirmed with your reservation. Transportation Included: Roundtrip transportation is included from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo & the Tourist Corridor. Pickup generally begins approximately 30 minutes before your selected tour time. Important: Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

What to Bring: Bring sunscreen and an additional payment method for the mandatory park fee, optional photos, food, souvenirs and gratuities.
Phones & Cameras: Phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not permitted during the activity for safety reasons. Hands-free GoPro-style cameras are permitted.
Ocean Safety: The ocean at the property has strong currents and potentially dangerous conditions and is not suitable for swimming. Guests are not permitted to enter the ocean during the tour. Entering the ocean will result in immediate cancellation of the activity without refund or rejoining the tour.
Mandatory Park Entrance Fee: $25 USD per person, paid onsite.

Food: Food is available for purchase onsite and is not included with your tour.

Tour Duration: Total duration is approximately 3.5 hours, including transportation time.
Weather & Operational Conditions: If the activity is canceled due to weather or operational conditions, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
Height Requirement: Minimum height is 1.20 m (3.9 ft).
Weight Limit: Maximum 120 kg (264 lb) per person.
Alcohol & Substances: Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be permitted to participate.
