What an adventure! We not only saw the Arch and beautiful coastline and beaches, but experienced a whale jumping out of the water right before our eyes! Marco was a fun tour guide and we highly recommend this tour!

A glass bottom boat is not a “clear” boat, it is a boat with a 12 x 24 inch piece of plexiglass in the bottom. Our mistake for not knowing the difference.
Nice crew, but the title of our purchase said “beach time” and our reservation was for 5pm but the crew said we could not spend time at the beach because they close at 5pm???
The crew was nice and explained a lot of what we saw. They took a few photos of us on the boat and then sold us an “air drop” of digital photos for $45 US with one 4 x 6 printed photo.
We had a good time, but did not get exactly what we were trying to book based on the description.

Had originally booked the glass bottom boat tour to the arches but tour operator offer a free upgrade to the arches and whale watching experience. What a great tour. Guides were fantastic. Got some excellent pictures of the arches and saw some great whale jumps. Thanks to the operator and guides for a truly memorable experience.

We felt safe on the boat and we did get to see pelicans and sea lions. This trip included a significant amount of time in front of the arch for photographs. The glass bottom part is a small viewing window in the center of the boat. There were about 15 passengers. The boat captain spoke both Spanish and some English. For the price, the boat trip was nice.

The boat was 30 minutes late. We had to stand around in the sun doing nothing until it came. Then we were driven to a gas station for boats, where we spent the next 10 minutes fueling the boat. The guy on the boat only spoke Spanish, if he spoke at all in the first place. Some of the scenery was definitely beautiful. But the point of going on a glass bottom boat Was to see fish through the bottom glass. The glass on this boat was very small, and the only fish we saw were for the 30 seconds when the driver of the boat threw some food into the water so the fish would come. At the end of the trip, as we were docking, the driver of the boat specifically asked me for a tip, and seemed very offended when I told him I didn’t have any cash. There are several other Glass bottom boat companies that appeared to have better boats and better service. Pay a little extra money and go with one of them.

Motoring up to the Arch and going around it was amazing. The boat went very close to the Arch. The glass portion of the boat was a small rectangle in the middle of the boat so we had to get up and peer in.

It was a really nice and chill boat ride with Javier and Alejandra. Javier explained everything in detail to us and answered all our questions. They both were really lovely and put effort into giving us a great experience—thanks to them again! The boat ride was relaxed, definitely a nice, budget-friendly way of seeing the Arch and the beaches around it from Cabo San Lucas. Recommended!
