Viator failed to notify the tour guide that I was coming on the tour. I received no information from Viator as to the name of the tour guide. I showed up at the meeting place and neither tour guide had my name on their list. One of them added me after I showed them my purchase and ticket.

Painful. Disorganized from the start. Went to a rest stop that will forever give me trauma it was such a mess. Went to peles- outside was still under construction. We were told even with a ticket it was a two hour wait. We did t go in. Information along the way was contradictory and also left out a whole bunch. It was a long day. Draculas castle was ok. Drive back was painful it was so long. Never ending. What they don’t tell you is traffic on the way back is bad. We got in at 10:00 and one group was behind- didn’t get back u til after 11:00. Not worth it. Might want to share more Information on the site or tighten up and stagger which place you go to so not everyone is there at the same time

Do not ever ever book this tour unless you wanted to be abused and discriminated against worse tour there is digustinf

This is the most grading disgusting tour I have ever had in life my intired life and I had traveled all over the world! The first issue faced was they said my name wasn't on the list which is was then they picking up up, tour guid has ignorant with no real knowledge at all. He ran and I mean literally ran of the bush with his flag not ensuring his group was with him and without doing a head coat, my OAP mother who was injured couldn't keep up and I ended up having to give her the tour with google and we got lost trying to get on the bus. I asked the guide for a live location. I made a complaint to the office about this who were very verbally abusive so I had to block them, on a lunch break to brasov the tour guide then proceeds to send me the most disgusting verbally abusive message about myself and especially my mother in effect chucking us off the bus out in the middle of nowhere. He then came storming over was verbally abusive and threatening to 2 women travelling along in the street I have just tried to put up screenshots of his evil responses to my OAP mum. However we got buses to the next stop Transylvania on our own and had the most fantastic time!! (Every cloud had a sibling living) so if you want someone to discriminate, abuse your motherly verbally, threaten you, and leave you stranded in the middle of România that is your choice but take this as a warning book with someone else and this man has no moral, no respect, No common courtesy and he is preety much a disgusting human being don't it it! I would recommend the wild bear tour yes it's expensive but worth it 100 Percent it and the tour guide actually knows his stuff is funny, kind what you get On the tour is spectacular!

The trip was well organized and Gabriel, our guide, did a good job keeping everyone together and on time. Although the two castles we visited were extremely busy, and was impossible to take photos thru the crowd. The Dracula Castle had a huge line up to get in, we barely had enough time to see everything.

Tour was pretty bad. Guide had very little historical knowledge. His main objective seemed to be keeping the bus clean and trying to get people to drink his alcohol he brought on bus. Not worth the money at all.

The tour guide spoke very poor English and had infantile knowledge about the places of visit. We spend long hours in the bus, the two Castles and Peles and Bran - the visit is around 30 min long but the waiting time in the queue in the rain was around an hour and a half. If you want to make a time travel and feel like in the communist time these two visits are for you. You will feel the pressure of the crowd in the queue, some people will not respect the rules and will just go in front of you. Peles castle is beautiful but again the visiting is very badly organised, Bran is even worse. You can see the big corruption problem Romania has, otherwise you can not explain how a place that receives dayly so many tourists is so badly organised. "The Dracula" attraction is not worth the money and the time, when you go out from the castle (looking for a toilet cause the site does not offer any ;) you are in the middle of ridiculous mixture of lunapark and village without pavements. A lot of stands with cheap souvenirs are according the guide the place you could spent 2 hours?! Bran castle is not for people with disabilities or claustrophobia - again for the money the authorities are getting for the attraction, it should meet the European standard of safety. The only nice time from this was the hour spent in Brašov. We were very disappointed of this day, we would not recommend this trip to anyone.

The tour guide, Serban, was great and always worried about getting on time to the places. However, and although it was Halloween time and there was traffic and a lot of people, I felt that we didn't have time at all. We went from one place to another with rush and we didn't spend more than 40 minutes in Brasov. From my point of view, it might have been better to just visit once Castle.

tour guide Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional...only negative was the tour ran 13 hours with traffic delays...so just a very long day...perhaps reduce free time in Brasov and less commentary in Bran castle, a brochure will tell the history and be less time consuming

Well organised tour of Peles and Bran Castles. Serban, our tour guide, organised everyone very well meaning that the tour ran on schedule and there was no time wasted waiting on latecomers. Our driver, Narcis, was also very good and we felt safe at all times. It is a very long day (13 hours) due to the high volume of traffic in and out of Bucharest and in the Brasov area, but worth it to see the Carpathians and the castles.

Both castles were exceptional as was the Transylvanian scenery in general. Host was very knowledgeable and managed a group of 40 people and their needs very well. Only minor issue was visiting Brasov when there was a massive musical festival on and couldn’t really see or do much . It would have been better to ask the group whether they wanted to do this effectively added another 3 hours to an already long day (0715 to 2200). Other than that was a great trip.

Hands down one of the best tour guides I've ever had. Serban Riga made every part of the trip worth it, he was full of facts and local stories. Was more than happy to answer any questions and super accommodating and professional even when faced with difficult customers. The driver also deserves a shout out, managed tricky roads and traffic beautifully. Serban also was our personal guide inside the castles and brasov, was a exceptional touch in my opinion. Would book another tour without hesitation.

Tour guide Serbian was fantastic. His knowledge and understanding of relevant historical facts and personality was outstanding. It was a very positive experience. However, the drive back was very long do to excessive traffic. A function of the tour circumstances. Be careful when booking the pick up location. It is not clear and can be confusing. There are only three pick up spots you can choose from. They do not offer hotel pick up Services.

Loved all the places we went and the driver was amazing because he drove Safe but Serban , the tour guide rushed us the entire time. I’ve never been on a tour that was for a day where they didn’t fit in time for us to have lunch and he said no food on the bus or drinks. For a full day tour at least fit a specific time just for us to eat. We didn’t have enough time to explore and eat. Even in the end he said sorry if I rushed but time is important because we have to get back because my driver has to shower, sleep, etc. it was about them and not the customers.

Beautiful scenery of Transilvania is a must see. The Pepe castle is beautiful inside and out and Dracula is beautiful outside. Just don’t have much expectations inside. The tour guide, Serban, and our driver were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable.

It was a good tour with very good content. I found everything informative and all the locations to be worth seeing. The guide was very friendly and helpful. My one piece of feedback would be that there was too many delays caused by other members of the group returning to the bus late meaning we got back to Bucharest late. The guide should have been more strict with this.
