Sono un italo-romeno che ha deciso di viaggiare con la propria ragazza per mostrarle i bei posti della Romania. Il biglietto include solo ed esclusivamente il viaggio ed ogni tanto una lontana comparsa della guida, fatta eccezione per coloro che acquistavano direttamente da lui i biglietti per i castelli (chi li aveva già presi in altro modo, veniva, anche con tono scortese ed infastidito, invitato ad allontanarsi immediatamente dal gruppo diverse volte, anche se la strada da percorrere era la stessa e non era quindi possibile prima di arrivare ai castelli). Rendo noto che, acquistando i biglietti dalla guida, il castello di Peles verrà visitato solo per metà, escludendo il piano superiore, a mio parere più affascinante. A causa dell’iniziale guasto dell’autobus che ha implicato il cambio del mezzo, con una conseguente perdita di minimo 20 minuti e della mal gestione del tempo da parte della guida (la nostra era Alex) che ha tardato di un’ora sull’orario di incontro da lui stabilito all’autobus, dopo la visita al castello di Peles (ora che noi ed altri passeggeri, abbiamo dovuto attendere dentro l’autobus, non sapendo quando sarebbe tornato con il resto del gruppo), gli orari indicati nella descrizione del tour, seppur approssimativi, non sono stati minimamente rispettati, tanto da far diminuire le tre ore previste al castello di Bran (Dracula) ad un’ora, non sufficiente per la visita completa del castello e del luogo con i vari mercatini e cibi tipici. P.s. Ci tengo a sottolineare che gli orari non sono stati rispettati, non a causa del traffico (che ci avrà portato via al massimo 20 minuti), ma a causa della mal gestione del tempo da parte della guida.

Φεύγουμε από βουκουρέστι όλα καλά φτάνουμε στο κάστρο Pèles το βλέπουμε. Ο ξεφτίλας ο ξεναγός λέει 12 θα αποχωρήσουμε από το μέρος για να πάμε στο Brasov. Η κοπέλα μου λιποθύμησε στέλνω κατευθείαν μήνυμα να τον ενημερώσω ότι θα αργήσουμε 5 λεπτά μέχρι να συνέλθει . Εν τέλει πάμε στο σημείο συνάντησης 11κ40 ακριβώς και είχε φύγει. Τον παίρνω 10 κλήσεις και μου το κλείνει στα μούτρα ενώ είχε το θράσος να απαντήσει ότι βρείτε τρόπο να γυρίσετε βουκουρέστι δεν σας δέχομαι στο λεωφορείο. Ότι Έλληνες το δούνε μακριά από αυτό το ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο είναι αρχικλεφταράδες

Αγαπητέ πελάτη, Αγαπάμε την Ελλάδα και τους Έλληνες. Αλλά δεν εκτιμούμε άτομα σαν εσάς, δεν νοιάζεται για τον χρόνο των άλλων. Μετά από 15 λεπτά αναμονής με γεμάτο λεωφορείο δεν έχετε απαντήσει 3 φορές στο τηλέφωνο και ο ξεναγός αποφάσισε να φύγει. Τον πήρες τηλέφωνο μετά από 20 λεπτά λέγοντας ότι η κοπέλα σου λιποθύμησε. Σας υποδείξαμε το πλησιέστερο νοσοκομείο και σας συμβουλέψαμε πώς να φτάσετε σε αυτό και αντ 'αυτού επιμείνατε να γυρίσετε πίσω το λεωφορείο για να κάνετε τη φίλη σας να μείνει άλλες 8 ώρες αγωνίας στο λεωφορείο. Πιστεύουμε ακράδαντα ότι η υγεία και η ασφάλεια των καλεσμένων μας είναι πολύ σημαντική και ότι ήταν καλύτερο για αυτήν να δει έναν γιατρό. Επίσης θα θέλαμε να αναφέρουμε ότι αν αργούσατε θα μπορούσατε να μας καλέσετε πριν την ώρα της συνάντησης και όχι μετά από 20 λεπτά να προσποιηθείτε ότι είχατε ιατρικά προβλήματα. Δεν ανεχόμαστε ψέματα, άγνοια και καθυστερημένα. Με εκτίμηση Trip2Ro
