Worst Experience Ever

Do NOT use this tour operator, or Viator! I booked this tour months ago, had the payment taken out of my account 2 days before the tour, had confirmation for the tour the day before, and then 15 minutes AFTER the tour was due to start, was notified that it was cancelled. No chance of booking a different tour to the destination, as either everything had started already, or I would be expected to pay over 3 times the cost for a private tour. What an absolute joke. They have ruined my entire trip. If you need to cancel, have some professionalism and do it with enough notice that something else can be arranged. Just terrible.

Nice day trip

Great getaway from the hot, busy city! Courteous guide/driver and a good itinerary. Bring sunscreen!

Enjoyed seeing the coast Too much time spent in old museum in Constantin world war 1 museum Operator chose a lovely restaurant for lunch but again too much time spent dining thus The time spent at Black Sea was very minimal no time to swim or enjoy beach

Fantastic Day at the Black Sea!

Viator is one of our favorite companies to book tours with. They are always organized and have great guides. On this trip our guide was Dan Cretescu who is with www.touring balkans.com. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and he made sure we saw some great places. Constanta was a much larger town than I expected but the harbor and beach areas were fantastic. Dan explained the history of the area and even made sure we saw the Danube Canal. I would definitely do it again!

Our tour guide, Koka, was exceptional. The tour was everything we hoped it would be. The guide was very knowledgeable and expertly prepared for our many questions regarding the Black Sea and Constanta area. The beach was packed, but there's not a lot the guide can do about that. It was a two and a half hour ride each way, but it was well worth it.
