I called and asked for a tour from Brussels to Bruges. Instead I was booked for a tour in Bruges. I immediately called and was told it was cancelled and I would get a refund!

We regret to hear about your disappointment. However, it appears that your review may have been posted to the wrong business. As a Viator supplier, we operate tours from Zeebrugge to Bruges for cruise passengers and do not conduct sales over the phone. Safe travels!

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide was from Brugge so was very knowledgable! He was attentive to everyone’s needs in the group. We also had headphones so we could hear everything. We were happy to be apart of a smaller group! No tour busses!!
