It was perfect. The driver was in the hotel lobby in time, we arrived to the Great Wall as scheduled. He waited for us, he gave us details and advices. He even came along to help us get out get our postcard tickets from the counter, as the lady there was not speaking English. His language skills are good, he understood everything and responded to our questions very comprehensive.

Driver very punctual and courteous. He bought for us the tickets by sending us the images of the qrcodes necessary to take the cable car and the sledge for the descent. For other access points, simply show the passport that is combined with the ticket. The driver speaks excellent English and we were able to understand his directions perfectly.
