We had a fantastic day at the Mutianyu Great Wall with our driver Jack. We are traveling with two young kids (6 and 9), and he made the whole experience stress-free. He was punctual, drove very safely, and his knowledge of the Great Wall's history was impressive—he really helped bring the site to life for us. He was patient with the kids and helped us navigate the tickets and cable car. If you want a reliable and friendly driver in Beijing, he is the one to book!

We had an absolutely brilliant day visiting Mutianyu Great Wall and couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough.
Everything was seamless from start to finish. The pick-up from our hotel was right on time, the drive was smooth, and the whole day felt really well organised without ever feeling rushed. Mutianyu itself is incredible, and having the flexibility to explore at our own pace made a big difference.
A special mention to our guide, Mr Wu, who was excellent. Friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. From helping with tickets to giving us just the right amount of guidance before we set off (and taking some amazing photographs!) everything was handled perfectly.
The chair lift up and toboggan down were great fun and definitely worth doing, especially with a teenager in tow (a shame about the lady in front who insisted on going SO SLOWLY so she could take instagram videos, but I guess that can’t be helped…). We had plenty of time on the wall to take it all in, grab photos and just enjoy the experience without feeling pressured.
All in all, a fantastic, stress-free way to visit one of the most iconic places in the world. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time with Lillian! She made the entire process seamless and convenient. We were especially glad when we saw the long, long lines we avoided by getting there early by car. She was pleasant and professional and had many nice touches, like getting us tickets and helping us find vegetarian food options for lunch. She also took pictures and was very pleasant with our teenager.

This is a wonderful way to visit a really beautiful section of the Great Wall. Our driver Jack was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and took great care to make us as comfortable as possible. The car was in superb condition and Jack made sure that we were comfortable at all times

We had a great day! Mr Ping, our driver, was super - on time, safe driving, and he told us a lot about the city of Beijing and the Great Wall as well as answering our varied questions about life here. The Wall was incredible to see. We took the chair lift up, walked for a few hours (bring good shoes- some spots were surprisingly steep! ) and then took the toboggan down which was super fun. Definitely would recommendnthis company and Mr Ping as a driver.

Joe was absolutley brilliant, picked us up nice and early 5:45am, which I recommend as when we arrive we were onto the wall with not many people and got a great experience. By the time we finished the queue just to enter was huge! Really helpful and knowledgable about the whole trip, I would 100% recommended for anyone looking for a private guide for the wall. We chose to do the walking part ourselves but Joe offered to come if we wanted. Waited for us at the end ready to set off. Great English and good music in the car too!

We loved our tour with Ruby! She was amazing. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in downtown Beijing and driven to the Great Wall. ruby pointed out local sites that’s we passed and answered any questions we had. She also helped us to purchase lift/Tobaggon tickets and accompanied us up to the wall to help explain direction and take group pics before meeting us back down. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend her! Thanks for the great tour!

Great experience! Our driver, Naomi, was on time waiting for us in the hotel lobby with a sign, very easy to spot. She was very courteous and spoke great English. She was super cute with our little son Myles who’s 1 year old. She gave great instructions on the process, what we needed to do and where we needed to go. We felt like VIP going straight to the cable cars and she came with us to take some great pictures. We definitely recommended this tour. 5 stars!! Thank you Naomi!!

Simply great. From the start the hotel pickup was easy, our driver Mr Guo came into the hotel lobby to greet us. Upon entering the car he offered us bottled water and bananas. There was also a phone charger (much needed on the way home). The driving was safe and smooth, and we got to the wall before the hoards of tourist buses. Mr Guo then continued to help, assisting us to buy cable car tickets, showing us the cleanest bathrooms, and then coming with us to the first section of the wall to take a photo of us. Mr Guo was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make the day special. 5 stars!

Got a 6am ride from Jack who met us in the lobby of our hotel in Beijing. Took the chairlift up and we were the only 2 on the Great Wall! Hung out for around 2 hours then took the toboggan down. Chairlift and toboggan aren’t included, but still pretty cheap. It was a blast! Communication was great from Jenny leading up to departure and Jack took good care of us during the day. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time on the tour and it was made even better by our wonderful guide, Melody. From the start, Melody was extremely informative and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire trip. She helped us book all our gondola and toboggan tickets, which saved us so much time and hassle.
What really stood out was how accommodating she was to the elderly members of our group. She made sure they were always taken care of, offering extra assistance where needed, without us having to ask. Melody’s kindness and attentiveness really made the experience memorable.
The Great Wall at Mutianyu is breathtaking, and having a guide like Melody made it all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing!

Our amazing tour guide Ken took us for the day to see the Great Wall! He was very nice and friendly, even helping us with local restaurants! On the way back from the Great Wall, Ken also took us to a traditional Chinese tea house to see a tea ceremony! Ken is a great tour guide!

Follow up from Jenny before and after our tour was very good.
Our driver, Mr. Guo, arrived on time. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the day and his driving was to a high standard.
On arrival in Mutianyu he explained our options for getting to and from the wall and our possible walking routes on the wall.
He gave us a snack and water (as there is no food available on the wall), assisted with the purchase of our cable car tickets and then accompanied us up to and on to the wall and saw us on our way.
After our walk on the wall (there was no time pressure) we returned to our agreed meeting point, where Mr. Guo was waiting for us.
We then enjoyed another very pleasant drive back to our Beijing hotel.

We had a fantastic day with Ken. He picked us up promptly at our hotel. He parked close go the cable cars and we got in quickly. He was very enthusiastic and took many fun photos and videos of us on the Great Wall. We walked to the highest possible Tower and took in the amazing mountain views. After our time on the Wall Ken waited while we did some souvenir shopping and got a snack. We were also interested in looking at some reasonably priced jade products and Ken took us to a nice shop at our request. We returned to our hotel later in the afternoon. Great memories!

Visiting the Mutianyu Great Wall with our guide Jessica was an extraordinary experience.
