Ken was a great driver and very helpful navigating the Great Wall area. he gave great recommendations on what part of thw all to see and what I could skip. He had water and a souvenir when I was done. Great booking for traveling solo. Would recommend booking this tour!

It was a great experience. Our English speaking Guide and Driver Shaun arrived on time and took us through the Great Wall tour very smoothly giving his expert commentary about the various aspects of the Great Wall . It was an amazing experience .

This was a really amazing experience. The inclines between the 6th and 1st gates are not easy and can be challenging for anyone of low fitness, but the views and sense of history of the Great Wall are worth it. Really glad we did this tour.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to Beijing. Leave early and get to the chairlift station early to avoid the crowds. We got there at 9am and had very little waiting time. Get there at 11am, and you'll be looking at least 1-2 hrs queue times.
Jim was our guide from Jenny's Guide & Driver Service was brilliant. He was a very safe and smooth driver, informative along the drive and sorted out all our chairlift and taboggan tickets, so it was a really efficient process. I would highly recommend asking for Jim for this tour to the Great Wall.

We had a fantastic day visiting the Great Wall at Mutianyu. Our driver, Wu, was fantastic. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. We were a little disappointed as it was raining on the day we visited but he picked us up from our hotel on time and told us we were lucky as it would be less busy and it was better that it wasn’t hot. He was absolutely right. We chose to be picked up at 6.30am so we arrived in time to have a coffee whilst Wu sorted out our tickets and the cable car. We couldn’t use the chair lift or toboggan as it was wet but that didn’t spoil things at all. Wu came up in the cable car with us and took lots of photos and videos of us at the start of our walk along the walk then left us to explore at our own pace. It was very quiet for the most part and we walked along all the sections we could. When the rain stopped and the clouds lifted it was amazing. Fantastic views and really atmospheric. It really lived up to our expectations. Wu met us when we got back and helped us find a place for lunch then drove us back to our hotel. We felt very well looked after and safe in Wu’s capable hands.

I was travelling with my kid and we were well taken care of by Mr Wu from start to finish.
He brought us all the way to the starting point, took the chairlift up with us and walked with us a distance showing us the great wall and taking pictures, before returning to the end point to wait for us while we continued exploring on our own. It was very smooth and the only kink was the weather (it rain unexpectedly in the middle of the day).
If you would like a hassle free and comfortable experience to the great wall, this is a great option.

Our driver Jack was awesome. Pickup was smooth. Jack took us to the entrance to the wall and help us get tickets to the cable car. We initially wanted to hike up but it was very rainy, so jack help us get tickets and told us what to do.
Communication was easy and pickup was quick. Great VIP experience!

We had a private car picking us up from hotel. The car was new and clean with some snacks which cheered up our daughter who was not excited to go for this trip at first. Jenny was an amazing driver, she kept us very comfortable and safe the entire trip. She also helped us to get tickets and even came all the way to the wall with us to take photos for us. She also helped to keep our daughter entertained while we were admiring the beauty of the sights. I would definately recommend this trip with Jenny especially.

I had a short layover in Beijing and decided to visit Great Wall of China through this tour.
I got picked up at 6AM, driven to the Wall, the driver waited for me while I was exploring and then drove me to the airport.
I had Alvin as a driver and would 100% recommend to ask for him (English speaking). I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe all the time, everything was in a timely manner and I never felt rushed. He took some pictures of me and also helped me inside the airport. Being there that early got me some moments by myself on The Wall.
The Great Wall of China is really amazing itself, but having the stress free experience around it made it even better. 1000% recommend.

My husband and I would like to thank Peter, our driver. He wasn’t only a driver but a great tour guide as well. As we are both senior citizens, he took such great care of us. He was very attentive to our needs. We had such a wonderful time in this tour and we couldn’t ask for a better guide and driver. Our drive up to the Great Wall was very smooth and comfortable and the car was very spacious. Not only was Peter on time to pick us up, he guided us all the way to the 14th gate/tower and took amazing photos. I would definitely recommend this experience if you want to have a more private tour and recommend the great guy, Peter.

Peter was an excellent driver and made our Great Wall experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was on time, friendly, kind, and a very careful driver. Because of the rain, the Great Wall opened later than expected, but Peter quickly suggested a tea ceremony as an alternative while we waited, which ended up being a really special and memorable surprise.
He explained everything we needed to do, helped make the process easy, suggested a great lunch spot, and even took us to some souvenir shops. We really appreciated how thoughtful, patient, and helpful he was throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Peter our driver was wonderful. Drove us directly from our hotel in central Beijing to the Great Wall. Peter’s car was spotless and very roomy for me and my two friends. Water was also provided. He took us directly to the cable car to the top. Peter’s English was great. It took about 1.5 hours each way and we spent about 3 hours on the wall.

Mr. Wu was very lovely and so helpful. He picked us up right on time, which I appreciated since we had selected a 6am pick up! When we got there, he got the tickets for us and showed us where to go. He gave us some useful tips and also took lots of photos for us!
I would definitely recommend going as early as you can as it gets very busy further into the day. There were almost no other people when we arrived, but quite long queues when we were leaving.
Going with Mr. Wu was also great as we could drive right to the entrance. Other companies went to a big parking lot and then you have to shuttle to the entrance. I didn’t know about this before but was very grateful this was included!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My driver, Wang, picked me up at 6am and we drove to the Great Wall. Wang was a safe driver, explained my options for getting to the Wall (highly recommend taking the cable car up and the toboggan down - it was so much fun), made sure I had a chance to grab coffee/breakfast, got my tickets for me, and headed up to the Great Wall before all the crowds. It really was a bucket list experience seeing the Great Wall of China and getting to walking along it. So glad I booked this experience - it was a once in a lifetime. And a special thanks to Wang for all of his help.

Jack is a very well experienced guy, he drove us there back and forth from our hotel and additionally he shared with us key information about the Great Wall.
