Absolutely fantastic experience. Our driver was lovely. Was at our hotel ontime bright and early at 6:30am. He organised our tickets for the lift and told us to just take our time and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend booking this tour and getting the earliest time of 6:30am. We were leaving when many of the crowds were just arriving. Was a great experience being on the wall with no other tourists. Easier to take pictures!

Our trip to the Great Wall of China was fantastic. We’re really glad we left early to beat the crowds, which made the experience even more enjoyable and allowed us to fully take in such an incredible place. Our driver, Sam, made the day even better. He was punctual, kind, and very helpful, and on the way back he showed us some interesting sights, which was a great touch. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

Booking is straightforward and the operator is very quick to respond to our enquiry. We received a confirmation message vua Whatsapp a day or two before thr trip.

This tour was perfect for folks that don’t have a lot of time but want to go see the wall. The driver (Mr. Wu) was one of the best tour guides I’ve had on these kinds of tours. He was great. He picked us up at our hotel and took us up to the wall. Walked the wall with us and took photos for us. He negotiated the cable car ride and toboggan tickets for us and directed us to which gift shops were best to go through, etc. Because the tour was private, he was able to work with us on our specific time schedule to get us back in time for our evening flight out of Beijing.

I would highly recommend this tour. Aside from amazing scenery, the private driver provided ultimate flexibility that simplified things for a non-Chinese speaker. It was so much more relaxing to have the private driver and not have to worry about rideshare apps or managing a large bus group, and also much more efficient as we could move at our own timeframe.

I had Ken as my driver for my trip to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, and he was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, drove safely, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. His car was clean and comfortable, and he helped me get my tickets for the ski lift/tobaggan and explained how to get back down and where he would be. Ken was super friendly, professional, and patient — I couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Highly recommend him if you’re visiting the Great Wall!

Kevin was an excellent tour guide who was able to get us right up to entry gate at the Great Wall. He had prepaid for the gondola tickets which further sped up the process. He provided some history of the wall and then waited patiently at the base to drive us back to Beijing.

I highly recommend this tour if you're looking for direct pick up and access to the Great Wall. We had Violet help coordinate via Whatsapp and a driver named Wu. It was excellent, the coordination comes directly to your address in Beijing and we went to the Mutianyu Great Wall which was around 2 hours away. Way better than a bus ride. Our driver also directed us to food and the portion that has a gondola and a toboggan slide down the hill back to the restaurants and parking area - highly recommend having your driver book that (you pay a little extra for it) and just get the tickets and go across towers 1 to 6 and come back to the other side. On the way back the driver made a restaurant reservation for us and dropped us off after checking us in. A great experience and highly recommend. Violet also checked in on everything.

Amazing experience, Ken met us in the lobby of our hotel and suggested we leave earlier as it was Monday and everyone goes on Monday. We took his advise and couldn’t be more grateful, we beat the traffic and took amazing photos while there was few people on the wall. He offered water and gave a little gift at the end. No stress or worries as he took care of it all! Would highly recommend ☺️

The Great Wall tour with Ben was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. He was punctual, very friendly, and shared authentic, genuine insights about the culture, the Wall, and the surrounding area. His deep experience made the tour not only informative but also really fun. The tour agency was very responsive, and communication was excellent throughout. They even picked us up from a hotel beyond their usual spot, which made things so much easier for us. The car was comfortable, and the ride was smooth and pleasant. David came to pick us up from our hotel and we were running a few minutes late. We rushed to reception to find him calmly sitting there waiting for us with a lovely smile on his face. So we were off to a good start. He was really cheerful and at The Great Wall insisted he come with us to buy our chairlift tickets, ensuring that there were no difficulties. He even took pictures of us all and forwarded them on to us, waiting in the cafe down below for our return. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you David for making our trip to The Great Wall, which was spectacular, a truly memorable experience.
