We used this service to book tickets. The company sent a message with tips on what to bring, and not bring with you. Also best entrance spots. I suggest you book a few days in advance, so you can receive the travel tips in time to prepare for your visit.

Andate al mattino poiché è immensa, una volta ricevuta la conferma dei biglietti ed avere inviato i vostri passaporti , vi basterà presentare i passaporti alla porta di ingresso dove ci sono i controlli, quindi no perdete tempo a cercare il biglietto materiale . Mostrate il vostro coupon che indica il giorno di visita ed il numero dei visitatori al primo controllo per accedere alla zona di ingresso dove scanzionerete i passaporti.
