Start with a hotel or port pickup, and then head out on a tour of Bari’s Old Town by bike. The narrow lanes that wind around the Basilica of St. Nicholas are enchanting, and the quarter is also home to the Cathedral of St. Sabinus and Swabian Castle.
After admiring the Old Town sights from the back of your bike, you’ll try some of the city’s finest food. Stop at a bakery to learn how the focaccia barese is made, and call in at a brewery to try a locally made craft beer. Head inside a Bari salumeria (deli) to sample its salami and cheese. Be sure to try the burrata, a creamy mozzarella that is loved in Italy.
Head into a winery for a sip of the local wine, then finish your tastings on a sweet note with a gelato.
Pedal your way into the city’s French quarter to admire the modern buildings and the seaside. Cycle past theaters and shops lined with boutiques, then finish your tour with a drop-off at your hotel or the port.

Tour was ok, but food tasting - no new experience at all and there were no all dishes they promissed in agenda. Ice cream - ordinary, not home made kr some special. Just take bike tour to see town.

Tons of food and a great way to see Bari! Federica did a great job and I’d do it again! No helmets given for bikes but you go fairly slow.

My husband and I booked this last minute and could not have been happier with our day. Anna Rita was our guide and she was very interesting and engaging. We ate our way around Bari! Biking was not for the faint of heart as we were in traffic and navigating tight alleys, all doable but required some skill. Biking allowed us to see a lot of Bari in a short amount of time. Wonderful adventure!

We did the tour as a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and all loved it. Was a great way to get around with the bikes and a such a great mix of history, culture and tastings. Would thoroughly recommend. Our guide was Enzo and he was brilliant.

Our tour was run by lovely, knowledgeable Federica. We zipped around on bikes through Bari with interesting historical stops. The tour offered 2 hours of biking with an additional hour of tasting! Both worth the trip!

Had a great time with Federica on our tour. The first 2hrs were a bike tour around Bari seeing the highlights with stops along the way where Federica explained the history and significance of certain areas. Well pitched, not too much detail but enough to appreciate the history of Bari. The delicious foccaccia was a surprise! The last hour was the actual food tour (a separate tour with less people) where Federica then took us to try an amazing local version of spaghetti with wine, another local speciality dish Panzerotta and then the best Gelato in Bari. We loved just biking around Bari with someone who knew where to go, but be aware it's not a 3hr food tour as the tour title suggests. As a bonus we were able to keep the bikes for free for the rest of the day, a great way to get to the beach.

I was really looking forward to this based on the reviews but unfortunately it wasn’t a good tour but an historical tour. The first 2 hrs was riding around seeing all of the sights and that was lovely but that’s not what I booked.
I had already done a similar tour. The food tour was tacked in the end in the last 40 mins. I was told there was an overflow so our good tour was added on the end and I was disappointed. At the end we just rushed and had a spicy pasta, with a sip of wine, we had a taste of some famous focaccia, and gelato. That the very petting we also had a famous calzone type food local to Puglia. Four foods and was rushed the tour really was a cultura/

We had an excellent morning with an easy cycle around Bari while tasting many delicious local foods. The guides were really pleasant and helpful throughout the experience. We could have kept the bikes for the remainder of the day but it was extremely hot so decided not to.

This was a wonderful day with our amazing guide Alessia. It is a great way to get around the old city and we saw a bit of the new city as well. The food stops were great also! She knows the history of Bari inside and out being a local and her love of the city added so much to our tour! A must do when here!

Antonella and Anna were wonderful guides. They were polite, knowledgeable and enjoyable to spend time with. The food stops were tasty and we never had to wait long to try local favourites.
The ataff when we arrived we’re very welcoming and courteous. The information on the website indicated pick up was provided, which it was not , but it was an easy walk from the cruise terminal. I would highly recommend. the tour.

We enjoyed the bike and food tour in Bari. Our guide, Giada, was informative and conscience. Our group of 5 had a French couple. Giada would speak French to them and then speak English to the rest. She was doing double duty! While at each food establishment, she would explain what we were eating and how it was prepared. The food was delicious. I recommend this tour.

It was raining the day of our Bike tour, so we got a fabulous walking tour instead....AND we got to take bikes out later in the afternoon! Alessi was FANTASTIC! Lots of fun and loaded with information!
