We didn’t want to stress about flagging a taxi or grappling with luggage on the bus or train. Was it more expensive? Yes. But for us, worth it to know we would have a taxi picking us up and dropping us off at time locations and time specified.

Supposed to be executive car transfer but we were picked up in a taxi. You should not advertise it as executive transfer service if it is a taxi service.

We booked this months in advance as a special service to be sure that we would get to the airport on time, and they almost made us miss our flight. The taxi was late and when we called they put us on hold for almost 20 minutes and when they got back on, they said it could be another 10 to 15 minutes. I told them that will make us miss our flight and that we needed wheelchair assistance and had to get to the airport. Only then did they send out a taxi immediately.

Unfortunately, although we changed our pickup time (and my travel agent confirmed) to be picked up half an hour earlier due to race traffic in Barcelona, the message was not relayed to the taxi service and we had to call a cab last minute. We have yet to receive a refund.

I had to contact Viator twice by phone and once by chat. The chat was at 2:30 am because the driver never responded to me regarding pick up time. My flight was at 7:50am. I woke up at 4:30am hoping I had a ride to the airport and he emailed me just before my pickup.

If the idea is to make future purchasers fully aware I would not recommend this service. The picture conveys the image of a private car service. That’s not what I received. We were taken to the airport in a taxi. I paid approximately 10 euros more for the service than if I had gone outside my hotel to the cab line.

They claim I agreed to a 11:30 pick up time. I never agreed to that time I requested a 10:30 pick up due to issues with my vaccination and Covid test paperwork. Lufthansa requested I arrive at least 3 hours before departure. I wrote to Viator 5 times requesting this time. No one showed after they agreed to a 10:30 pickup after we spoke on the phone. They are refusing my refund request. I’ve sent them screenshots of the messages I sent as well as the screen shot of the 50 second phone call.

The departure was not so easy... The driver was directed from viator to the wrong terminal. Thankfully he asked for our flight and he knew where to leave us.
Additionally,we discovered that it was very easy to book a taxi by ourselves and the price would be much cheaper. More than 15 euros

When planning day trips in Barcelona the Viator agent inquired whether I needed transfer on my return home trip. I did indeed and the service was prompt and efficient. Best of all it was very reasonable. When I arrived in Barcelona I had a car from the hotel meet me...at a cost of 125 Euros!

Notified the company to remind them of our pick up at the hotel 3 days before, and still the company was not there to pick us up. I called them 35 mins past the pick up time on the day of, and the operator was scrambling to get a driver to get to the hotel.She said someone will be at the hotel in 5 mins, and with the confusion, we thought after 5 mins, the taxi that pulled up at the hotel was one of theirs, and we ended up with the wrong taxi. I was not happy.

We were promptly picked up a nice driver and a clean car. I felt sorry for the driver as we were a party of 6 and had heavy cases but he wasn't put off and loaded us all up and whisked us off to the airport.
