What a fabulous experience. We went with a group of friends and took the 2 hour experience. So, much fun. We each made our own items. We did find the time went by very quickly and we thought two hours would be a long time. It can be tricky until you get the hang of it. There are helpers who are trained experts who are willing to give you a hand if you need support. This is a must and a fun experience.

Mosaiccos is a do your own mosaic art shop. We did the 2 hour session which was perfect. Anna, our guide showed us around the shop, we picked our seats and then she explained what we were going to do and how to do it. There are over a dozen ideas to pick from. We picked a Kitty and a Picture frame. Anna was there to help cut difficult pieces and give pointers if you needed them. Anna made this experience truly exceptional and we highly recommend her. IF you come to Barcelona on a cruise ship contact them and see if they have openings in the morning or around noon. IT IS VERY CLOSE TO THE CRUISE PORT. There are plenty of shops around their place so you can pick up your t-shirts and such. 10 out of 10 experience.. Thank you ❤️

It was really fun to create mosaics and our pieces turned out way more beautiful than I expected. I took away one star because no one informed us that once we finished, they needed to grout the tiles and we would need to return the following day to pick them up. It sort of messed up our plans for our last day in Spain and so we would have appreciated a heads up beforehand.

We had so much fun with this. We made two picture frames and when we picked them up a couple of hours later, we were beyond impressed by our work! Our own Gaudi inspired mosaic pieces to bring back to the states with us! Wonderful memories! Highly recommend this!

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy this experience, Viator did not inform owner of studio about our booking, thankfully we will be refunded our money.
Will highly recommend calling venue 24 hrs prior to confirm your class, I attempted contacting online and that did not work, it's better to call.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The issue you encountered was due to an error on our booking department as we did not properly update our calendar with your booking. Unfortunately, it was also a coincidence that our workshop was unusually closed on Saturday, December 14th, as we had to work on Sunday due to a big event.
Regarding online inquiries through Viator, we only receive an email notification, and over the weekend, we are not always able to check emails immediately.
As you can see from our reviews, which are usually 4 or 5 stars, nothing like this has ever happened in the past so it won’t be necessary for future clients to call our venue 24 h before the workshop.
We are glad to hear that your refund is being processed, and we truly hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

We spent the morning doing a Gaudi architecture tour and then followed it up by making our own Gaudi Masterpieces. The instructor was very friendly and even helped our tired daughter finish up her cat mosaic. The finished pieces could be picked up the next afternoon. Fantastic experience!

Absolutely amazing experience! They were extremely accommodating as we didn't know we had to leave our mosaic overnight and we flew out the next day. They were able to set our mosaic so we could take it day of! Definitely one of our favorite activities we did.

Lots of fun for all ages. Folks who are perfectionists may find they need more time. They don’t do a good job of telling you that you need to return a couple hours after the end of the class to pick up your creation.

We had a great time with our 6 and 8 year old. The helpers were friendly and low key. The kids loved it and we were super impressed with how nicely finished our first timer mosaics came out. Wonderful souvenir/memory!!

This mosaics workshop was SO much fun! There is a bit of a learning curve so trust me when I say, you will need the full 2-hours if you've never done this before. I wish I chose the 4 hour option so I can make more pieces but hindsight. This was a great workshop and you get to bring back home your own custom souvenir. I think it's totally worth the price! The staff, Sonia and Luca were absolutely wonderful. They helped whenever you needed and also offered a lot of suggestions so that you wouldn't be left astray. They were so approachable and didn't make you feel bad if you made a mistake. There were only 3 students in the class and with all of us being solo travelers it was actually quite nice to sit around the table and chat with people from all walks of life. Please note you have to come back a few hours later (depending on your start class time) and pick up your art because the team has to grout it for you. Other than that, this was probably one of my highlights of my trip. I had so much fun and would definitely come back if given the chance! Thanks again to the Mosaicco's team and owner!
