Comfortable seats and air conditioning. Beautiful scenery but somewhat challenging to take pictures thru the windows that were smudgy. 1.5 hours to walk around at each site, good directions of the site from driver Ron. Ron was very cheerful and helpful.

A group of 11 of us were driven in a comfortable shuttle by Nathan, our guide. A five hour experience that was very pleasant. The hour-long drive from Banff to Lake Louise provided breath-taking views of mountains and rivers. Nathan was an excellent resource for other tourist destinations that we passed enroute to Lake Louise. Once arriving at Lake Louise my mother and I were amazed by the beauty of the area. Words fail to fully describe the beauty of the place. I have seen lots of photos of Lake Louise, but photos fail compared to being there in person. The turquoise water surrounded by majestic mountains --and the red canoes off in the distance added to the charm of the trip. I regret not having the time to rent a canoe, as the line was too long. Next time. I was travelling with my 85 year old mother, and the terrain around the Lake was such that she could easily get around with her cane. Lots of spots to sit if she needed to rest. We were there late September and although the crowds were significant, they were not overwhelming.
We also had the opportunity to check out the hotel gift shop and café, which were lovely-- but not cheap. After a bathroom break with long, but fast moving lines we hopped back onto our shuttle to get to Lske Moraine. Again once arriving, a stunning view of crystal clear turquoise water surrounded by mountains. Leaving my mother to rest along the shore I took the Rockpile trail up to get a more expansive view of the lake. Although the Rockpile looks to be an intimidating trek--once you are on the trail it is actually at a rather relaxed incline and took me, a 62 year old moderately active gal about 15 minutes to get to the top. Great view once you arrive, get a few photos and then head back down. The trail was a little rough in places and one needs to be mindful at times where you place your feet. Once back at lake side there is a gift shop and cafeteria. I bought 2 ice teas and 2 bags of chips for $27.00--just a heads up.
We loaded back onto our shuttle for the drive back to Banff. Unexpected and funny thing happened on the way back to Banff--nothing to do with the tour per se--but the highway is divided, and on the opposite side of the highway from us, a small propellor plane had to make an emergency landing. There was no crash and no one was hurt--but not something one sees everyday.
Overall the tour was excellent. Seeing Lake Louise is magical. The tour in my opinion was the right length of time, long enough that it didn't feel rushed, but also short enough leaving time for other things to do in the day. I would recommend this tour.
Tour was great! Communication prior to tour was subpar. Tour time was pushed 3hrs with only 14hrs notice and driver was 15min late without any notice. Granted things can happen and times can change but a little extra communication would have a gone a long way to make everyone’s experience less stressful. There were multiple confused patrons at the meeting point. Once the tour began, the tour went great. We appreciated the time allowed at each point to do and explore as desired. RJ, the driver did well transporting us from point to point and communicated well what to expect and look for at each destination. Because of his on site advice we were able to get a fulfilling experience at both sites. Overall great tour great experience a must if you want to check off both lakes! Thank you!!
Always go to lake Louise in the morning. Afternoons are quite busy at the lake . Some food is available at the hotel. Our guide was very ice and knowledgeable. Very good driver too
This is a shuttle, not a guided tour. Plenty of time at each stop. Lake Louise first stop so have lunch at the Fairmont Chateau Lakeview Lounge. Second stop Lake Moraine. Be sure and walk all the way down the path for the money shot.
Operator pickup never happened. Time was changed 10pm the day prior with lack of communication. I showed up to the pickup location and was left hanging dry, my entire preplanned vacation day ruined.
Excellent tour. Driver was very professional. The early morning trip was the best way to see without all of the crowds.
Bus was 40 minutes late but driver was very nice and helpful. Both lakes were very crowded. I wouldn’t take this tour again

Trip was fine. Some thoughts on communication. Got a WhatsApp from driver that trip need to move up earlier(7:30) due to mechanic issues but then communicated no changed. Was a bit confused since it was post 11pm text and a call after 12 am. Message was not receive till early morning. Morning of, Driver was late for meet up point post 10am when direction asked to be in area 30 minutes before departure. There could be more Proactive communication and more directions or later meeting time if driver does not get there as expected time frame.
Tour grade was great, the ride was comfortable for us. Probably a little too much time at Lake Moraine. RJ was our guide.

Great experience overall! You think 5 hours seems long but it’s perfect you get to do actually enjoy the spectacular views of both lakes and to walk around while taking your time! You’ll have enough time to either enjoy a nice walk or even do a shirt hike for the athletes :p Our guide/driver Red, i must have the name written incorrectly, he’s Filipino, was funny and explained all the must do’s/don’t to benefit every minute of the activity! Totally recommend

We had a great experience with Ralf who took us around Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. He even stopped and gave us a few extra lookouts and scenery spots which were not on the tour. Book this tour with him, you won’t be disappointed.
Bus took us to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. We spent 90 minutes at each location. Gilbert was my tour guide, great guy! This experience is enough time to get some pics in and take a short hike, but not really for someone who wants to go canoeing or get lost exploring.

Lake Louise was gorgeous and he recommended canoeing at Lake Moraine and climbing the rock pile to see the beautiful turquoise waters. Got us where we needed to go without any fuss. Had a spectacular time!!!
