We had a phenomenal private trip sight seeing in Banff and Yoho National Parks. Manny was our host and driver - he was the best! He provided us with detailed information on the trip & showed us the best spots. He was always willing to take a picture & was kind the entire 10 hour day. We had a group of 7 including 3 children ages 4 & under. He was very patient & so good with them. We couldn’t have asked for a better day seeing one of the most beautiful areas on Earth. We saw Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, Lake Minnewanka, Takakkaw Falls, etc all in one day which maximized our time. Taking a customized, private tour was the way to go so that we didn’t have to worry about parking or driving while also enjoying the views. We highly recommend this tour company. They made things easy and communicated well.

Our private, very knowledgeable guide, Manny, was great. He took us all the way to Yoho National Park with numerous stops between there and our hotel.
If you are looking for a private tour for your family you can't go wrong hiring this tour company.

We had the greatest tour with Agosto. He was very informative and knowledgeable. The tour took to us to places we could not have accessed otherwise. I can't say enough good things about this tour. It was well worth it for our family of nine.

If you are coming to Banff, and you don’t use Augusto as your guide, what’s the point? He was THE BEST guide we have ever had in all of our travels. He was so easy going, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I was so happy with every aspect of this trip. I would do this trip again and recommend it to everyone who wants to see it all in a day.

Do not book this tour if you expect the driver to talk and share knowledge about the area and places you are visiting. There was silence the entire 9 hours. The driver was kind and accommodating and he did walk with us to the view spots and trails. The sights we saw were spectacular but we were expecting a tour guide to tell us about the places we were visiting.

Ali was a great guide for our private tour. We booked pretty much the same tour two days in a row, and because we had such great weather the day before to see the lakes, Ali made sure to take us to knew places to explore instead of repeating the same tour. He really suggested the hike up to Peyto Lake, and even though we were tired, it was so worth it. The views were very nice. He knew so much local knowlege of history and geology, so we learned as we were driving. We had a terrific day! I cannot wait to come back!

Celebrating a 70th birthday as well as escaping the brutal TX heat this summer. Jobo (sp?) our guilde was very attentive to everyone's needs and knowledgeable of the area. The only minor criticism would be that since he's soft spoken it was difficult to for those of us in the back of the van to hear what he was saying.

I recommend the driver carry a list of potential sites to visit with descriptions for each including walking time and degree of difficulty. Then the customer can make more educated choices.
