The people working at Banff Canoe Club were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Madi was our tour guide in the Big Canoe. We felt very safe going upstream and floating back down stream.
She shared local information regarding the river and it's wildlife and history.

Maegan was our lead/ guide for the canoe experience. We enjoyed the experience very much! We traveled with our 4 year old and we were initially concerned how she will participate. But Maegan helped explain everything well and also showed us and explained us important landmarks, and animals/ birds. I will 100% recommend this experience.

This was such a fun way to experience Banff and the Bow River. Our family ages 10-44 all loved it and had a great time! Our guide, Tom was the best!

Our tour guide Amy was a rock star. We were inexperienced at canoe. Amy was patient and helpful to get us through the tour. However, we were under the impression that we would be doing a big group canoe a long the river. That wasn’t the case at all. I wouldn’t have booked this tour had I known it was just me and my wife (two inexperienced canoe skills).

My wife had always wanted to paddle a canoe on a river in Canada. This tour scratched her itch.
The equipment was in good condition. The guides were first class. No one told the bears though, so we didn't spot any on the shores.

Tim was an awesome guide with tons of useful and interesting information. He made this canoe ride super memorable. Thanks Tim. I highly recommend for anyone. It wasn’t that hard paddling at all since there were 8+ people rowing.
