Good Shuttle, Confusing Ticket

The transfer from Banff to Calgary airport was quick and comfortable. The only problem was confusion over the boarding time in Banff. There was a large-lettered "10:00" near the top, and a very small printed 9:30 at the bottom. We missed our 9:30 shuttle, but were able to get on the 11:30 by calling Vivo Green directly.

Generally very good ; arrived 15 minutes late; the bus was full and difficult to get comfortable with my long legs. However, arrived in plenty of time for the plane.

Nice to have option of hotel pick-up in Banff, as it is a long walk to hotel. The shuttle ran about 15 minutes late, but the driver was courteous and provided a safe ride.

They lost our reservation

Our group of six (ages 6 to 73) arrived for the shuttle from Banff to Calgary and the driver didn't have us on his list. He called the company (Vivo Green) and they said they didn't have our reservation. The woman we spoke to used my first name, which I never gave her, so she obviously had our reservation but didn't want to admit to the mistake. The driver told us we were very lucky that he only had 8 passengers scheduled that day and the van can hold 14, so he could take us after all. I guess if he didn't have six seats available we would have been left high and dry! I've booked quite a few things through Viator and never had this happen before. At least we made it to Calgary. The trip itself was fine. No complaints there. This was much faster than one of the big coach buses so it's definitely the way to go.

The only reason why I did not give five stars is because our shuttle was 20 to 30 minutes late. Other than that the driver was very nice and just a wonderful driver. It was great just sitting back and seeing all the beautiful sites!

Shuttle booked in April for my daughter who was celebrating her 21st birthday with her sister. Viator didn’t pass booking onto coach company. Both daughters left with no means of getting to the airport and no support. Ended up having to pay an additional 300 dollars to get daughters to airport.

Disappointment and unpleasant experience; will not recommend

Have traveled with family and kids, end up paying additional money on taxi to reach my destination at Calgary even after it was booked for hotel drop off location. Driver end up in argument to contact Viator to get more clarity on booking information. Unpleasant experience and will NOT recommend to use this service. Very disappointed.

I picked the shuttle from Calgary to Banff so this was the logical way to return back. Convenient choice at 2.30 or 5.30 pm. Timely pick up at the hotel. If you need to carch a flight take into account that Saturdays afternoon have a heavy traffic in Banff so plan with enough time.
