The bus took you around the outskirts of town which was very informative. I never would have seen these places if it were not for this experience. However the stops were not well planned or appealing. Was not a typical hop on hop off We did one loop around then exited

This tour did not run of a Sunday or Monday in May 2024 and there we were up early to meet the bus which did not turn up and we have been waiting weeks to try and secure a refund. be very careful about booking this tour

Never Again- waste of money

First Viator allowed us to sign up when the driver takes their lunch! Daily from 1pm -2pm. 2nd driving is so fast and there is no tour guide only audio. Third meet up is not where it was posted in Viator.

Their map was awful and we waited at the spot marked on the map which happened to be in the wrong place. We waited for another hour for the bus to come back, only to find that we could ride it but not use it to return to our original starting point.

A very rushed 1 hr city tour spent at least 30 min of the hour in traffic Could not take any photos because the bus was going too fast Not worth the money.

AVIGNON OUTSKIRTS BY BUS

This tour is worthwhile to get the lie if the land on the outskirts of the city. It more of less skirts around the city walls and goes across the Rhone and back again over two different bridges. This tour is on the usual double decker bus seen in many cities, the audio is good. There is a smaller 'mini' articulated bus if you want a tour of the inner city.

Let down by Viator and their suppliers.

We searched for tour by date because we were in Avignon only on the Sunday. Viator sold of a ticket for a named Sunday at a set time. We arrived at the prescribed time for the tour and no turned up and the shop was shut. In the window was a notice saying no tours on Sunday. Three times we have been let down by Viator in France in three days. Appalling.

We very much enjoyed both the Coach Hop on Hop off bus (this tour) and the trolley (add on in Avignon). Took us to interesting places and gave a thorough description, along the way We love these tours as they give us an idea of where we should go back to

Our tour was disappointing. Although the bus traveled along what was probably an interesting route however at least half of the guide connections on the top of the bus did not work so we didn’t know what we were seeing.

It had to be told to the driver so that you can make other audioguides available to you. The female tour guide is very helpul and freindly. The bus is high quality, clean. The each destination always on time. The informations on bus so much that you could be find out anything for trip in avignon and neibourgh areas
