Exceptional Day in the Luberon

Caroline was a great guide, very informative and pleasant to be with. She took in our interests and adjusted our itinerary accordingly. She took us to a nice restaurant for lunch with a beautiful view of the valley. Our wives wanted some lavender, so she took us to an exceptional place for that. If you want an informed, yet pleasant experience of the Luberon, then you need to book with Driver B&C and ask for Caroline.

Great tour of the Luberon with great guide

We had a fantastic tour of the Luberon. Our guide Caroline was fantastic — knowledgable about the region and had lots of interesting information to tel us about as we drove around. The tour was well organized and took into account some of the things that we had discussed prior to the tour that we weren’t sure we would have time to see. The lunch selection was awesome and had great views of the valley. Caroline was able to get us into an old church near the end of the tour that was just lovely. Overall very impressed with the quality of the tour. Highly recommended.

Our guide Caroline, was fantastic. We saw the beautiful lavender fields in bloom even though Viking Cruises canceled their tour saying that the lavender was NOT in bloom yet. We went to a magnificent lavender store and bought wonderful things. The towns of Roussillon and Gordes and La Coste were wonderful. We were picked up on time and had a wonderful day with Caroline. Do not hesitate to book this tour!!!

The Best

This was a highlight of our stay in France - Caroline accommodated our hopes to visit a Saturday market, and to choose cheese and fruit for our picnic. She stopped at out of the way places, and helped us find just the right table linens to remember our trip. As we were a bit weary, she drove parked in easily walkable places and gave us great directions for wandering on our own. At the end of the day she brought us to a vineyard that was happy to educate us and give us a taste of the good Provencal fruit of the vine. Fabulous!

Experience Not to be Missed

We had an incredible time! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t want to cooperate, and we had rain, and it was chilly during the entire tour. However, Caroline did an amazing job of ensuring that we got as much out of our tour as possible despite the circumstances. The villages of the Luberon are not to be missed, and Caroline is the best guide to experience it with!

Our guide Caroline, was a magnificent guide. She is fun, energetic, interesting, well traveled, extremely kind, and accommodating. She provided thoughtful and interesting narratives of each beautiful village throughout the tour. The scenery in each village was absolutely breathtaking. We ended the tour with a wine tasting at a winery that also had an interesting and museum. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone-it far from exceeded our expectations and we will look back fondly on this day in Provence!

Our tour of the Luberon villages with Catherine was magical. She was an amazing tour guide who knew the best places to stop, allowing us to see all the beauty of the most spectacular villages while avoiding the worst of the crowds. Highly recommend!
