Wonderful private tour of Auckland! We were picked up at the cruise port on a comfortable private van, Kenneth had water bottles and snacks for all 4 of us. We were taken to five sites in Auckland - we had some nice facts and time for pictures & enjoy the views. I had asked for information about a Maori cultural experience, and Kenneth was able to accommodate an hour for us to experience it at the Auckland Museum. It was definitely a highlight for all of us. Loved all the sites and the city is beautiful - perfectly experienced in a private tour. Highly recommend this tour company and this city experience!

Great custom tour with Han. He was flexible and willing to work with group to ensure we got adequate time at each site and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Even bright waters and snacks for the group. He took lots of pictures which was great keepsake to take home. Provided good background for each site and quickly found the answer if he don’t know. Would recommend if you are short on time and want a quick highlights tour of Auckland.

Amazing experience. Mike our guide was early. And picked us up right in front of the cruise ship dock. He went out of his way to really help us. Since our tour was really short he dropped us off at the airport. And to our surprise gave us a present : a bag of delicious candies.
He brought us to the top of a dormant volcano with awesome views of Auckland.

Han was the absolute best; kind, informative, and very accommodating to my family especially my parents who have limited mobility. Our family instantly clicked with him and we had a great time. The weather on the day of our tour was very bad, but Han was very helpful and made some changes on our schedule to takes us to closed spaces that were also very interesting and allowed us to enjoy the day in Auckland.

We had the most wonderful day with Han in Auckland. We had not done a lot of research about this city and wasn't sure what to expect, but Han well & truly exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone on this tour - from the old to the young. And Han was a friendly and knowledgable guide throughout the journey, taking us safely place to place and sharing history and information about what we were seeing.
If you're in Auckland and looking for a tour, we highlight recommend this one. There were 7 people in the group (3 children aged 12 and under, 2 seniors and 2 adults) and we all had a great time. If we are ever back in NZ we will be contacting Han straight away for another tour!
And we also found out that Han offers multiple tours around NZ, so make sure to check them out as well if you're looking for tours outside of Auckland, because he would be an excellent guide for any tour.
PS - one thing Han also does it take great photos on his own camera and share them with you at the end, so you don't need to spend the whole tour taking photos, he will take them all for you, allowing you to soak in the sights & sounds of your surroundings. Thank you Han!

Han is such an incredible tour guide. He confirmed the pickup time via WhatsApp the day before. He then called when he showed up for pickup. He’s so knowledgeable about everything and answered ALL of my questions without hesitation. His extensive knowledge wasn’t the only thing that made this experience fantastic; he took pictures of me and sent them to me at the end of the tour. The fact that he took the time to ensure that he got multiple and perfect angles for each picture shows how he really cares that you have a good and unforgettable time. He also provided snacks and water. He even had those Werthers Hard Caramel candy!! I haven't had that since I was a kid, and I didn't even know that was even in New Zealand! And in the end, he gifted me a New Zealand magnet!! Which was perfect because I’m a magnet collector!! So overall I give this a 10 out of 10 and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do this tour!!

The whole tour was extremely good. Hans the driver was flexible allowing us to spend more times in certain areas. Water and cookie biscuits was supplied plus a chocolate bar!
Hans gave information on the history in the areas visited and was casual throw out the day.
A superb half day tour which I would recommend to any visitors to Auckland.
