Dong was a most knowledgable guide for our Auckland tour. He was punctual and contacted ourselves the day before giving us in depth information about the pick up. We had an excellent half day with Talia. Saw the highlights we wanted in a half day tour. A nice surprise, she took regularly pictures of us at various destinations which she sent immediately. Nice memories, without having to ask someone to please stop and take a photo of us. Would strongly recommend, and will call again when we’re back here

Dong, our guide, was so incredibly helpful and showed us around to all the best spots and viewing spots to see Auckland - he was also so incredible and thoughtful with my disabled father. He kept my dad company when we walked up mount Eden and showed him the cafe as an alternate viewing experience. Such a nice man, and such a great well thought out tour that gives a great taste of Auckland!

Great half day tour around Auckland with Sam. Sam is a personable and engaging guide. We anppreciated that he could accommodate our last minute request to swap out a visit to Mt. Eden for something else since we’d been there the day before. We appreciated the variety in this tour which included some fascinating info about the expansion of the Harbour Bridge, great views from and history of North Head (we preferred views here over Mt Eden), seeing the heritage homes in Devonport and a short stop at very beautiful Auckland Domain park and small conservatory. Just a note that this is not a tour of the center of Auckland.
We highly recommend Sam and this tour.

It's was wide ranging tour of the Auckland area including all the main highlights. It was executed flawlessly and accommodated my partners disabilities.
Our guide and driver, Sam, an immigratant himself, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He picked us up from our hotel and assisted my partner in and out of his spacious minivan and even helped her walk to see some of the sights.

Fantastic way to learn about the city when you first arrive. You can learn about the city while getting a feel for where things are. Some of the information was pre-recorded which was not expected but was ok, as sometimes we had difficulty understanding the guide. The guide did a good job of getting us around the city to all the intended spots and then more.
