We were returning on a cruise and had a few hours to kill before our flights home. Keith tailored a nice 3 hour visit, held onto our luggage and dropped us at the airport. Had some surprises for us — we are sailors and got to stop at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Club and see the America’s Cup. Great morning, Keith ver conversant in local history and the Auckland area.

Keith was very nice. He showed us all around Auckland at a leisurely pace as we had just come off a 15 hour flight. The city is really beautiful and this was just right for us. We were able to walk around some areas for a bit and get our bodies working again after sitting for so long on airplane. The high viewpoints around the old battlements were stunning. He recommended a great restaurant for us for lunch too. Very nice morning to start out vacation.

This was a great way to spend some time in Auckland. Keith our guide was so knowledgeable about the city and the country in general. Keith was on time and personable and he took us to so many cool places we would have never thought to go, it was so worthwhile and enjoyable. Highly recommend taking the tour with Keith.

This was a wonderful experience. Keith was a gracious host, taking us exactly where we wanted to go and providing interesting commentary as we drove along. We appreciated his flexibility. HIs vehicle was clean and his driving appropriate to the conditions. We got to see so much more on this private tour than we ever would have seen on a big bus tour. We would totally recommend this experience!

Beautiful day to learn more about a beautiful city. Keith took us to see the highlights, and provided opportunities to walk on the beach, and explore many sights like the Wintergarden and Cornwall park. Learned about native plants and birds too. His coach is very comfortable and he is very hospitable.

We traveled outside downtown Auckland to the countryside. We went to two areas near the mountains and saw a wide variety of sites. We went to two Black Sand beaches and a couple of small villages.
Upon our return to Auckland, we surveyed the sights that we would see the next day. Downtown Auckland was very interesting and included the SKY Tower and a gambling casino.The crowds at the Sky Tower were 30+ minutes and were somewhat boring as you wait to go up to the Tower. However, once you go up to the Tower you get a great view of Auckland.

Kris is one of the best tour guides we've ever met. He was incredibly friendly and as the tour progressed, we found out had wonderful sense of humor.
Chris's knowledge of the area, including the secret spots to get the best pictures, is second to none. He told fascinating stories about a history of Auckland and also as I said, before peppered in a lot of humor into the tour, we had the best time.
My only regret was that the tour was only 4 hours long. So as I said, Kris when we're next in town, we're taking you to lunch!

Viator gave us a different pickup location to where the driver was. He called my cel and we connected, he gave us a full tour with excellent commentary. I would definitely recommend this driver and tour when in Auckland.

This private sightseeing tour was an absolute delight. Rene, our driver, met us at the cruise ship terminal in his immaculate Mercedes EV. He asked what and where we were interested in seeing, then customized the trip specifically for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly, courteous, and a delight to listen to. He concluded the tour with several restaurant recommendations and dropped us off at the one we chose. We highly recommend Rene!

Let me start by saying that we were the only ones on the tour which was kind of fun. Rick was very knowledgeable and took us all around the different parts of the city. We stopped at beaches and gardens and saw some of the beautiful houses of the suburbs. We stopped at a place for coffee and were able to walk along the beach a little beforehand. When we got back into town, Rick (without needing to) stopped by a store where we were able tp pick up a couple of gifts. We appreciated that. This tour is a nice overview of some of the city outskirts. I recommend it.

Rene’ was a perfect guide.
We toured all over Auckland. Stopped several times to take in views. Did a bit of walking to see a particular view. Visited a botanical Garden. It was very different. It had a fernery.
He was entertaining, informative and friendly.

Keith was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area and its history. He took us to so many highlights and we were able to spend as much or as little time as we wanted. He then dropped us at the airport to catch our flight home after our amazing time in New Zealand.

Good mix of city, beaches and views. Keith was knowledgeable and pleasant, and the vehicle was comfortable and high enough to enable us to view the tour as it went on. Enough stops to catch some history, some coffee and use the facilities. All in all, a very pleasant morning.

Keith our tour guide and driver was FANTASTIC ! Viator is the best operating company there is. Well worth the cost, you see everything, never rushed, and the places we saw were just what we wanted to see. Keith knew his way to everything, had a very comfortable, clean van and a safe driver. Saw a bit of Auckland after getting off a cruise prior to going to a hotel for 3 nights.
The driver was given the wrong name for the pickup. (It was the person for the next day but not the drivers fault)
Wish she would have been a bit more talkative when driving us around.
