Our guide Sunny was very good. She took us to all the major landmarks around Auckland and explained the importance of each location. She also took our pictures.
And since no one else was on the tour apart from my wife and I, it was a private tour in an Audi sedan!
Only problem was lunch stop - Auckland War Memorial Museum did not have many food options.

Had a lovely time visiting all the sights Auckland has to offer. Our tour guide was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated not having to drive and use GPS but having someone take care of that so we could fully enjoy Auckland.

Our guide did not speak English clearly, so a bit frustrating. He didn't talk much so didn't learn as much as I expected to learn about Auckland and New Zealand. Enjoyed the places we visited.

And I heard that you were not following the group. As it is a small group joined, you also should follow the phase of the tour as a manner. If you want to do what you exactly wanted, you need to do a private tour. not a group joined tour.

Isreal picked us up at the cruise pier and we enjoyed a private tour with him. I sent our itinerary of things we wanted to see/do a week before. Changed a few at the end of day.

Our guide, Song was terrific. It was a private tour of all the major sites outside of Auckland. We enjoyed her time and learned a lot about the history and culture of Auckland.

We got a south Korean's view of Auckland. He used goggle to discuss all the city parks and military installations. He had never done this tour before and it showed. It was a $600 disaster.

The Full day City Tour of Auckland was very nice.
We had Israel as our guide and he took alot of photos around the city of Auckland.
We are waiting for the pictures that our guide took of us and are waiting for himto e-mail them to us.

Our tour guide, who I am sorry to say, her name escapes me. I know she said she was from Korea and she was FANTASTIC!!!! She was very informative and took us everywhere around Auckland! We chose not to go inside the Auckland Museum, so she took use to other sites she thought we would like and we did! She knew a lot about the city and made us feel comfortable asking questions and explaining what we were seeing. I would recommend her for touring as we saw so much!

Jeong was very personable and knowledgeable about the area. The best part was that he adapted the day to our interests and suggested places he thought we would enjoy. We went to places off the beaten path and finished the tour feeling that we had experienced the best of Auckland.

Sharma is a very knowledgeable guide. It was an enjoyable experience. When I asked about how the citizens benefit from tax revenues, he said there was no benefit. I encourage him to research this so that a more thoughtful answer would be given. Visitors want to know what life is like here. The visits to the crater tops with spectacular views was very special.

Our tour guide, Israel, was very friendly and informative about a number of things. We would love to have heard even more about buildings and any other interesting sites we passed en route to our official stops. This was also more of a suburban tour and shorter than we expected, which worked out okay because some of the destinations would have taken longer by public transit and would have been less convenient for us if we'd rented a car. However, it would have been nice to do some things in the CBD. An hour and a half was not nearly enough time at the Auckland War Memorial Museum. We probably could have spent 4 hours there instead of an hour and a half. That may vary if the main exhibit isn't as interesting but we also couldn't see some of the Maori exhibit because a ceremony was going on while we were there. On the whole, we had a great experience, but were left wanting more.

Overall great introduction tour to Auckland. Didn't know the city was so green! Sean was friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. We covered quite a few places in one day that otherwise would've been difficult to do by public transport. Definitely would recommend for first-time visitors!

We had a joyful Auckland city visit with Sean! We got picked up at our hotel, visited the Devonport, one tree hill, mount Eden, Achilles point, MJ savage memorial park, Auckland museum, and dropped off at sky tower. We were able to see so much in one day, such a memorable family time. Thank you Sean!

Tour guide is professional. Tried hard to do a good job. Met very friendly group of people all from America.
Started tour more than one hour delay.
Vehicle is small, packed with all seats, very hard to get in and out. At one of the most important stop, Auckland War memorial museum, we were dropped off around 4:10pm, but museum was closing in 20 mins, no longer allow visitors entering. Skytower: only passing in vehicle.

We had the best time on the private tour with Israel. He took us to Mt Eden, One Tree Hill, Cornwell Park, Devenport, the Winter Garden and The Memorial War Museum. Israel is very knowledgeable of the area and we learned so much from him. He is a great conversationalist and was full of suggestions on what to do next. I would highly recommend this tour.
