Communication was clear all throughout the process. The directions for finding the location were super clear. The BEST PART... if you don't have your own poses or not sure how to make the most of the experience... no worries! The staff got you! They'll provide you with posing options and inspiration! They'll even help you manuever in the boat and use your time wisely. The experience wasn't rushed. It was fun. The staff came with all the vibes and energy to make your experience EPIC! It really gave royal treatment the way the staff catered to us during our experience.

The Kayak was cracked so water came in the entire time. Only the dronw operator was on time so our session started late waiting on the other person to arrive and assist. There were roughly 7 to 8 of us booked for the exact same time slot which was crazy!! Session was about 10 to 15 minutes per person in our group. Didn't like most of the shots because our hair was everywhere. Proofs came a couple of days the photo shoot and we all selected 3. They looked okay after minor retouching but I wouldn't book with them again. The drone operator was really nice but the process was unprofessional.

The overall experience was just okay. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I didn’t get started until 12:30 PM, which was frustrating. The shoot itself lasted about 10 minutes, even though it was advertised as a 30-minute session, and it definitely felt rushed.
There were also some issues with the setup—one of the boots was cracked, causing water to flood inside while I was shooting. You can clearly see it in my photos, and unfortunately, my hair ended up soaked.
While the photographer and instructor were both nice, it was clear they were overwhelmed and overbooked, which led to significant delays and a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the drinks and shots that were advertised were not provided.

Regarding the water entering the kayak: we understand how frustrating that must have been. While we inspect our equipment regularly, weather and sea conditions—particularly wind and water chop—can sometimes cause unexpected splashing or shifts that are unfortunately beyond our control. We’ll be following up with our team to make sure all kayaks are double-checked more frequently moving forward.
As for the session length, the actual photoshoot duration is typically around 10–15 minutes depending on conditions and the number of clients scheduled, but we take pride in ensuring everyone gets quality shots within their reserved time. We’ll be reviewing how we can better communicate this and improve time management on busy days.
Lastly, regarding the drinks—our listing includes a complimentary drink or shot, but we are not a licensed bar and do not advertise full beverage service. The reason for the 3 starz instead of 5 has nothing to do with the staff. Staff was good to work with but the experience was not fun.
Its a rushed feeling and the way the sun beams on you, making it difficult to smile or open your eyes. The constant pose changes with balancing, dun beaming is alot and not fun.

The guy in the water was very helpful and made sure we got in and out the boat safely! However, the photos I’m not satisfied with because of the positioning and how there wasn’t any assistance to be sure I was comfortable in the position and to be sure my hair wasn’t all over the place . I’m very disappointed with the photos .

As for the photos, we understand how important comfort and confidence are during a shoot. Windy weather conditions play a role in the difficulty to maintain certain positions and keep hair in place. We’re always available to offer guidance throughout the session but cannot control the high winds that occur when the instructor is out of the photo and it’s posing time.

This review is way overdue, but I had to share how amazing my experience was! I can’t swim and I’m definitely not someone who does photo shoots often, so I was pretty nervous going into it—especially since it was for a special birthday trip. But the guys were so chill and made me feel totally comfortable right away. The customer service was top-notch, and when it came time to pose, he guided me so well that it actually felt fun and natural. The photos, videos, and edits were all done quickly and turned out beautifully. I almost booked with another company, but I’m SO glad I found this one instead. Highly recommend!

I would advised not to book with them. No time was communicated. I tried getting in touch but the tour operator didn't responded. Now they denied me my refund, saying I didn't show up. How will I paid $175 for a service and won't show up for it. Poor service. You better go somewhere else because the service here is trash. We do not provide refunds for no-shows for scheduled photoshoots when the team is on the beach waiting for you, we can only assist with rescheduling to which we also received no response about. The guide was 50 min late for my appointment. The details stated cocktails/shots would be served and nothing was served or offered. I got a little ill during the photoshoot due to the extreme heat and was not offered water. You should have a warning to the extreme heat conditions.

Good afternoon,
We appreciate feedback, however, would appreciate more when the situation is accurately portrayed. Though we are deeply empathetic to the situation regarding the late start of 20* minutes, it is important we address the refreshments. Upon arrival, you had a personal large bottle of water and as we began your photoshoot you reassured us that you were hydrated. We even asked prior to your photoshoot if you’d like to proceed with the shoot or reschedule. While our team assisted you in the kayak during the shoot, you mentioned that you had a long night and were hungover. You then stated that you felt dizzy while on the kayak, so we assisted you to a chair on land and offered you water. You then again told our team that you had your own large bottle of water, in which your husband took out your bag for you. Though we offer cocktails, we cannot hand a client that is visibly sick alcohol as it poses a risk for dehydration and alcohol poisoning. To include, you refused water from our team so it was puzzling why you’d want alcohol after the dizziness you experienced and the effects of the heat. That is extremely dangerous and a health risk. Alcohol will not be offered to a sick client. Also-Aruba is known to have extremely sunny weather and high temperatures year round which is why it is a top vacation destination. We have no control over mother nature, however, we do offer water to every client who books a photoshoot with us. Should they refuse water, we can only have it available if they need request it. And should the client be visibly ill during, before, or after a photoshoot, we cannot allow them to continue consuming alcohol as it poses a major health risk. Our top priority is your safety! I have to be honest with my rating here. I will say that the staff are extremely friendly and nice, however, I am not pleased with the results of our photos. For starters, we arrived to the booth at our scheduled time of 9:00 am and no one was there. About 15 mins later someone finally shows up to let us know that the photographer was on the way. I understand “island time” and being laid back but people have itinerary’s to stick to and that can be a major push back. Long story short, we started about 45 min late. I was willing to look past it because I have been looking forward to doing these photos and like I stated, everyone was nice.
Now for the pictures, the poses we were directed to do were pretty childish in my opinion. I am not sure whether someone else directed the photos advertised but that is not the same director we received. Not only was everything repetitive, it was rushed and no creativity whatsoever. We are a grown married couple and 90% of our shots are peace signs and finger hearts. I wanted to speak up (now I wish I did) but I am not for stepping on toes and I allow people to do their jobs with the assumption that they know how to get the best results. I was wrong. I’m no model but I’ve done lots of shoots where I’ve needed direction on posing so I know that it is imperative to listen to direction especially when you’re doing something new like a kayak. I’m used to correction and there was none. From unflattering poses like my arms being pushed out over my husband’s legs to even not letting me know that my hair was squished up against my husband stomach made it hard to choose pics to get edited. The others were just us kissing and holding hands and the angles were okay, I guess.
All in all, not worth $700 and I recommend going with a true photographer/ director and not anyone doing “tours”. I’m so sad about our pictures especially after looking at the advertised photos again. We did not get that same experience.

Regarding the start time of your photoshoot: When there is as little as a drizzle to light rainfall, photoshoots must begin once the weather clears. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, it was necessary that the team begin as soon as weather cleared. There is the risk that our equipment could be damaged otherwise. It is our priority to ensure that our clients receive their photos as oppose to equipment glitching due to water damage.
In reference to your commentary regarding posing instruction, our team provides clear instruction and assistance during the entire photoshoot. It is encouraged that you personalize your photoshoot with your own style and taste as it is not required that you follow every posing instruction stated. We only aim to provide encouragement during the photoshoot for our guests to do what’s best for their own personal favorite angles. Should you have expressed that the instruction was “childish” during your photoshoot time, as you stated following the shoot, we would have provided different options to ensure that the most favorable results were produced. However, when asked how everything was in person- we were left with good feedback, which does not give a chance for us improve your experience in the moment.
Our company consists of true experienced photographers and true posing directors who fly drones over bodies of water and direct beautiful photoshoots everyday. Should there have been direction that was deemed unfavorable in your eyes, it should have been thus stated in the moment and we would’ve ensured to conform to your preference. In addition, the unforeseen circumstances of increment weather will cause delays in photoshoot time as this is for your own safety and for the upkeep of our equipment to produce the best photos and videos.

The experience as a whole is great. They give you clear instructions on how to pose and the pictures came out great. However two things: the drone guy was over 1/2 hr late and they sent my pictures to someone else in my party. Not a big deal but if it was a total stranger that would have been weird. The photographer dropped the drone in the water during my friend shoot. She didn’t get to finish and I didn’t get to mines. They rescheduled for the next morning, the photographer didn’t show up. I sent a request for a refund… crickets

We do not receive payments from Viator bookings immediately, they are received monthly. Any refund process is to be dealt with them directly. Our company is unable to process any refunds directly from us if booked with Viator.
We had a technical issue with our equipment, however, we did have a backup drone to complete both of your photoshoots on the same day. Our photographer did not drop the drone in the water—the equipment had glitched. As a high volume business, our drone photographers are highly experienced and would not make such mistake.
We also provided another alternative to complete your photoshoots on the following day, however you ladies were unable to arrive at the scheduled time we moved you to.
We apologize greatly that this was your experience as situations like this are not common amongst our team.

We kindly ask that you ensure that your email is legible when writing your information on our sign in sheet. Photos are sent automatically within a 36 hour timeframe to the correct email address written clear on the sign in sheet. In addition, all raw photos are sent to every client. The representative was available to you and fixed the matter which is why your photos were received. When the call dropped, you were promptly called back. Losing service is a common when traveling.
