Experience the voyage of a lifetime aboard the Aruba Atlantis Submarine, a technologically advanced passenger submarine that takes you 130 feet under the ocean in air-conditioned comfort.
Start your tour with a safety briefing and orientation at the Atlantis Adventures Center in downtown Oranjestad. Once aboard Atlantis' surface vessel, moored just off the southeast coast of Aruba, meet the captain and take a window-facing seat as you prepare for a thrilling dive.
Through spacious portholes you’ll see spectacular marine creatures of the Caribbean at the Barcadera Reef, including schools of tropical fish, sponges and coral gardens. View two fascinating shipwrecks narrated by your professional crew enjoy the educational and entertaining commentary.
After surfacing and returning to firm ground, you’ll receive an official dive certificate as proof of your participation.

Very fun! Getting there was a little troublesome, as there are no Ubers on the island and all cabs only except cash. However, once we arrived at our destination, the team and the event was wonderful!
Great experience! Lots of great views under the sea with multiple shipwrecks & reefs. Staff was knowledgeable & entertaining.
The submarine experience was awesome but the 45 minute delay caused issues with the rest of our short day in port. No reason was given for the delay. Do not recommend making any plans for at least 2 hours after the end of the tour.
Spend majority of the time doing u-turns so both the left and right side viewers can see the sunken boats. The temperature inside was very warm and could be am issue for anyone who may be claustrophobic. Unless you have a desire to see purposely sunk ships - this is not the tour for you. You can experience the same fish and coral snorkeling. Keep in mind they will tell you that taking a photo before getting on thr boat is for security reasons (we literally were told we had no choice) but then they try to sell you that photo at the end. I did not appreciate that deceit.
It was a great experience. You do go down about 45 meters, and get to see a lot of sea life. The descend is slow, so you don’t feel it.
1st of all I had no idea we were actually going Unda Da Sea and so when we took the boat out to the submarine I was starting to realize that we are going under for real. When the hatch closed and locked I was thinking uh oh… this is a real submarine but I stayed calm, the kids stayed calm, the wife stayed calm and down we went…I mean down down! lol! Who knew we’d have a good time in a submarine. Now it is thigh to thigh and closed quarters for sure so if you are claustrophobic then stay away because freaking out is not an option for you or anyone on your tour! But if you can walk up and down a super small ladder and okay with close tight spaces then I highly recommend taking this tour! It’s simply Beautiful! The crew is amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable about everything you’ll pass by above water and below and you’ll see something that you could never imagine! We al enjoyed the experience for sure! Be sure to bring a little water with you fyi! It can be a little stuffy when first getting on the sub but after that the. A/C blows very well!
Tight quarters in the submarine, but very worth it to see interesting coral, fish, and wrecks. Also fun to see the submarine emerge from the water.
Unique experience and smooth boarding process for the ferry and enter the submarine. The host was also very engaging. Kinda of wanted to see more sea creatures but they can’t really control that so still an amazing experience.
What a fantastic ride! The crew was very helpful and very professional! Amazing views from 100feet under the water. The experience was well worth the money! Highly recommend this trip to all.
Saw a lot of sea life. Felt a little cramped but lots of viewing windows. Really cool to look out the front captains window. Captain spent a lot of time talking to one female who sat in the cockpit.
Wasn’t sure how this tour would be but it turned out to be one of our favorite excursions. My wife was a little concerned about being claustrophobic but never felt anxious…good airflow and lots of windows and things to look at. Really cool way to see coral reef life. Highly recommend.
It was a great experience. Under the ocean, everything is beautiful. We saw a lot of fishes, the crew was very friendly. Trevor our captain super funny guy.
Interesting and just long enough. The seating area is very small and you are extremely close to the person next to you.
The crew member on board coming back talked about his recovery from cancer and the need for early testing for about 10-15 mins. You come on vacation to relax and perhaps to forget about your own health struggles. I found his lecture to be insensitive and inappropriate. I hope someone can stop him from doing this.
My Experience was an Amazing Experience. I would do it again and again 😌. From the host to the entire crew staff . They made me feel comfortable and excited to see what the tour brings. Very knowledgeable about what we will see while we were under the sea 🌊. The corals fish and shipwreck was very nice 😊. I felt like I was looking at the titanic in real time 🥰. Great for one time experience. Ride to submarine was great. Board goes under 146ft. Pretty cool specially if you have kids between 6-14 yrs old.
The whole family had a great time, the kids loved that they could see how deep we were under the water while we were submerged.
They were over an hour late picking us up. But the experience was Great. And the staff was friendly and funny.

Good Excursion to take. Kids will love the under water adventure. Tight space in the submarine but I manged and I am six-eight with long legs.
Worth it- one of the best tours I did while here! We saw so much and it was just a very interesting experience overall. Even the boat rides to/ from the sub were nice and the crew was funny.
Had such an amazing time, the gentlemen on the boat that takes you to the submarine were entertaining and informative, allowing you to become more comfortable. The tour guide that explained every area that we were exploring underwater was informative, and funny. Definitely would recommend!

This was seriously cool. Saw so many fish, 3 shipwrecks, stingrays, and beautiful reefs. Being on the ocean floor is wild. Would recommend to anyone. My 7 and 9 year old loved it.
