The people working it were SO rude. They yelled at us when we couldn’t quite understand what he was saying when asking where to put our belongings, and then my fiance and I got on the jet ski and was on it for 5 minutes before I had a bad allergic reaction to the water hitting my face. We called someone over and the guy said sometimes they have goggles and to go up to the people at the hut again and the guy at the hut said no they don’t. When getting pulled out of the water, the guy pulling us out was very nice and said he should be able to rebook our time slot given the circumstance, but the guy at the hut told me that it’s my own fault and they won’t do anything for me. The whole time, he was rude and inattentive and sat on his phone ignoring us, as my eyes were swollen shut and I was crying in so much pain. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Genuinely don’t go here if you wanna have a good time!! This is supposed to be a FUN experience but it was terrible!

Amazing experience! The jet skis were in good condition, and the staff for most part made everything easy and fun. Riding over the clear blue water was definitely a highlight of my trip.

It was my first time and we didn’t really have much instruction only if we get thrown off to go with the flow, but it was a good experience. Everybody was friendly for the most part. I lasted about 17 minutes. I couldn’t get through the 430 because I was scared. The water was moving the machine too much for me.

Booking was simple and finding the shack on the beach was clear.
The waverunners were in good condition and we had a great time.
We saw fish jumping in the water and plenty of sea turtles.
There is no place to store belongings on the waverunner. We left our belongings in the shack. They provide hooks for bags.

I don’t feel safety is emphasized enough. Someone to ensure a life vest in on properly. Someone to give an example of one person on a jet ski vs two.

The jet skiing was awesome. The equipment not very nice. What they charge for this excursion-would think equipment would be in better shape. One of the workers was kinda rude and I noticed several times had his head down -like he was tired or hung over. There are better jet skiing businesses on the same beach. Actually right next to this one. They have better equipment and seem to be alot busier. So I would shop around before choosing this one if I was you.

They dont have jetskis at the location u have to travel to a whole different side of the beach to get to ur Jetski and they dont tell you that upfront so I came n couldn't get a Jetski had to book a whole next appointment with ARUBA WATERSPORT which is by my experience is a whole lot better

The experience itself was wonderful. All the staff was wonderful except one ( Samir) . He was helpful yet not too nice and very short with us and sounded quite irritated . I will still give 5 stars as the rest were awesome and we had a wonderful time jet skiing . The water was quite clear and clean . We love Aruba water and we are coming back 🙌🏼😁

Booked the jet skis with my wife for 30 mins. The tour guide was a little rude in my opinion. He basically told us to read a sign and that was all the instruction we got. If I hadn’t rode a jet ski before I probably would have been lost.

The jet ski was a great experience and BIG fun!!! Suggest you wear goggles the salt water is awful in your eyes. The water was beautiful and the distance you are able to ride is amazing!!! I will be back to have this experience again with this same group!!!

Super fun! I went with my sister and my boyfriend and we had such a blast. The jet skis go super fast and you have a large area that you’re allowed to jet ski and see you really get to explore. It was also super nice that they let me get off my jet ski and hop on with my boyfriend so he could drive us around. Definitely recommend.

My partner and I booked this Jet Ski experience. Based on the information provided, we were under the impression that we would each get 30 minutes separately. However, this was not the case; we were only given a total of 30 minutes to share one Jet Ski. We literally paid for 2 people ($110 total).
This was quite disappointing, as it was not what we expected or what was communicated. I would kindly like to request a refund for the misunderstanding.

Will never do this again. Only let me ride for 10 minutes. Offered for me to go back on and I already had something scheduled. I have requested a refund and haven’t heard anything yet. If you hit someone or someone hits you you have to pay. If you flip over the jet ski it’s an automatic $300. It’s not worth it and unorganized.

Regarding your refund request, we must clarify that a formal refund request was not received. Instead, we were notified of your intent to initiate a chargeback. Consequently, we have begun compiling our evidentiary documentation. Had a direct refund request been communicated, we would have welcomed the opportunity to explore potential resolutions. We are disappointed that such a dialogue was not afforded to us.
We remain hopeful that we may, in the future, have the opportunity to demonstrate the exceptional level of service we aspire to provide to each and every guest.

This was a real awesome experience on the jet ski.
The boat attendant from the beach to the jet ski was helpful, all the staff members we encountered were really cordial and nice. For a first timer the experience was seemless because of their knowledge and help.
