Very enjoyable and beginner friendly experience! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and multiple guides will come along with you.
The horses are so well behaved and know the trail extremely well. I was extremely nervous and tense in the beginning as it was my first time, but my horse Hercules was awesome, and by the time we neared the beach I was so much more relaxed and happy. It was a great way to celebrate my 41st birthday morning! A calm, peaceful ride with such beautiful views. They also give you a nice photo opportunity on the beach before heading back to the ranch.
Tips: You cant weigh more than 250 lbs, everyone should definitely wear good sunscreen, also probably a hat/sunglasses, you want to use bug repellent, hydrate beforehand and they'll provide you with a water bottle after, you should probably wear the safety helmet they offer adults and mandate for kids.
The ranch also supports a great cause, so Im glad I chose them and would highly recommend.

They never showed up . We communicated with them all day and arrive 8 minutes in our hotel lobby for one hour . The hotel assured us they didn’t come before the pick up time and they I fact never came . We called with no answer and texted back with no answer . This morning , I am going

I had a fantastic time! The guides were great, the ride was awesome, and the pictures by the beach were breathtaking. Unfortunately I ate something that didn’t agree with me the night before and woke up to some issues so I wasn’t sure if I would make the trail ride. But when I arrived, I was so excited by the experience and welcoming energy of the crew that I was able to ignore the stomach pain and enjoy myself. Everyone was very pleasant and the ride was worth every penny.

Wow. This was my favorite part of the trip! A leisurely ride to the beach, and then they took great photos of us. Staff was super kind and knowledgeable. I was nervous as its my first time riding a horse, but they were thorough in explanation and stayed close to me during the ride itself. Absolutely recommend

Great experience! The folks were so accommodating as my wife and I ran into issues getting to the ranch. So sweet and we loved the photos that we ended up with. It’s a great way to see other parts of Aruba as well. If you’re a beginner, it can surely be a bit nerve wracking (my wife and I were not beginners and were still a bit nervous). but you will be safe. Pedro and Jorge clearly know what they’re doing and will help you out best they can. Overall great experience.

Horses are wild and they don’t listen and I end up getting hurt badly due to that, the guide was aware the horses wasn’t behaving well I’d definitely avoid this.

The ad portrays we would be going into the water with the horse. Did not happen, not even close. Guides were fine, didn’t say much on the trail.

Great activity for the family. Pick up and drop off was seamless, the location was close to the hotel area and the staff and guides were lovely. Very warm and welcoming, like most people in Aruba! It was my kids (5 and 8) first time on horses and they made them feel very comfortable and picked appropriate horses for new riders. My husband had a feisty horse, but the guides were easily able to calm her down and give him instructions to help control her when she got a little uppity lol. The coastline is beautiful and they take a ton of photos for you!

I'm giving this organization three stars because there were both positive qualities and areas for improvement. The transportation between the hotel and the ranch was very timely with a friendly driver, and the ranch is quite clean and nice. They had water and refreshments for purchase at the end of the ride. My horse (Mássimo) was perfect for me as a beginner, very gentle.
That said, I was not aware that the ride would be so far (several miles), and entirely through desert. I would have prepared differently if I did know (more sunscreen, my water bottle, hair tied up, a hat). Furthermore, we didn't ride on the beach - we rode through the desert to the beach, took pictures, and turned right back.
The group was very big (20 people) for the amount of guides (3). Given that a good number of the riders were beginners, the groups should be smaller. My husband and daughter's horses were quite feisty and they are clearly trained to take direction from the guides, not their riders. But given the ratio of horses to guides, they were simply unable to attend to all the horses that needed a firmer hand.
Overall, I think these issues can be resolved with better communication up front (tell folks to bring their water bottles, hats and sunscreen due to very little shade), and smaller group sizes so that there's a better ratio of guides to horses. I understand they're not teaching folks how to ride, but at a minimum they can warn riders about particular quirks of the horses. My daughter, who has been taking horseback riding lessons for the past year, found their instructions very unclear. Her horse literally started and ran in circles when she tried to get it to stop, and they told her to stop pulling the reins, even though that's what they told us to do at the beginning.

This was my favorite activity we did on our trip. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The horses were all well trained and very friendly. The views were incredible! They even took pictures of my boyfriend and I on the horses with the beach in the background, tons of pictures and poses. Whole experience was amazing, 100/10 recommend

My daughter and my niece went on this excursion on their own, as they are both experienced riders. They said the ride was very scenic and the horses were very sweet and easy to ride. They went out along the cactus desert area and then took photos along the beach. Would recommend for beginner riders as well!

We had a wonderful time on this horseback riding tour! The ride was beautiful, and the length was perfect, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the scenery without feeling too long. I have rarely seen my friend as happy as she was riding horses in Aruba, which made the experience even more special.
My only critique would be that it wasn't very clear where to go upon arrival if you drive yourself. We found the location, but since no one initially acknowledged us, we weren't entirely sure we were in the right place.
I would have loved to ride next to my friend, but I understand that the horses are matched to riders and need to stay in a certain order based on their personalities and behavior.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. The views were stunning, and we especially appreciated how much effort the guides put into taking photos for us. They posed us in different spots and captured so many wonderful memories that we will cherish for years to come. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Instructors gave clear instructions and were very friendly. They also help you mount if you need it. The horses were calm. They ask which poses you want during the sense portion. Highly recommend as it was a very fun experience, especially as this was my first time on a horse!

We had the best time. They take a lot of photos of you riding and with the water. The horses were so kind and loving and our guide was amazing! Her name was Suse. Please ask for her if you ride here. They donate so much time and money rehabilitating horses and helping children as well. They take very good care of their animals and their customers. Definitely recommend this for any occasion or age.

Some pretty rocky terrain, which made me a little nervous and some of the horses were trying to nip at others, which also made me nervous. However, the guides were great and helped us get some great pictures, which was appreciated. There was a miscommunication about pickup so the driver called to make sure we didn't miss our time. I'm glad she did!
