The company worked with us, when our flight was delayed due to severe weather storm, and we were able to move our pick up date to the following day. Our driver Sefa was super helpful and accommodating. Sefa saved us from losing our funds for a tour we had booked for that day,, we were in a tight crunch on time he ranus to our hotel & then to our tour, we paid him for this extra to get us to our tour. Excellent customer service. pointed out places as we drove by them. .Sefa was awesome..

Needed transportation to cruise ship from hotel. Driver arrived in great time, carried all the luggage and was very friendly, polite and professional. The vehicle was clean and large enough for 4 people and all the luggage. What more could you ask?

Our driver was on time, friendly and a safe driver. The only suggestion to make the service better would be a confirmation 2 days prior, because we couldn't reach the provider at all and didn't get positive confirmation until the night before our transfer.

HORRIBLE! Had reservation & they emailed duplicate info & additional 35 euros due so they cancelled. Booked with someone else. Called Viator customer service & waiting for refund but totally poor service. Would not use-do Uber!

Our driver was at the boat by 7:30 was familiar with getting off, handling luggage etc.
The driver was the nicest person I’ve met in a very long time, patient, very low key, helpful, excellent driver, knew his way around, got us to the airport in plenty of time.
I’m only sorry that Viator doesn’t have port to airport service, considering the cruises arrive & depart every 15 days
