Great sight seeing the caves and dolphins. Friendly staff, incredibly skilled boat captain (Pedro) - but no "marine biologist" as the advertisement says. Basic information, but still a pleasant experience. Would recommend, just temper your expectations.

The scenery and cave were great. It would have been better if we were able to get out to see the cave up and close. The long ride in the ocean to find dolphins was not great and could have been skipped. I’m sure more times than not, no dolphins are found so time would of been better spent if we would of gotten off at the cave.

Started in Albuferia. Got on a boat. They were good about giving children life jackets. Most of the time is spent in transit on the speed boat (people on the ends got quite wet with all the splashing). Had some caves pointed out along the wave. Stopped for about 10 minutes for an optional swim. The water was quite choppy, so not too many people did that. Then you finally get to the Benagil cave. But we spent just a few minutes there, and turned the boat around. It was disappointing not to be able to go further in the cave (probably because of the boat size) or spend more time there... then the long transit back home. Bonus was they did stop for us to see some dolphins. But otherwise, if you want a little more of a benagil tour, probably book a kayak trip or small boat trip.

We enjoyed the tour to the cliffs and caves. Because my wife has mobility and back issues the crew ensured that she was seated in the back where the wave impacts were more tolerable for her. They were very considerate. We didn’t see any wales or dolphins on this trip but the caves were spectacular. They actually steered the boat into two of the caves. A word of caution. The Atlantic Ocean is very cold at this time of year so bringing warm clothing makes the trip more enjoyable.

It might have been better in a smaller boat but with choppy seas, this larger boat was fine and the captain was able to maneuver it wonderfully in some tight places. Crew were nice

An enjoyable trip. Fantastic scenery from the sea all along the coast.
Only downside for me was the English speaking guide. His English was not great and he imparted little or no information during the trip.
Whereas the french speaking guide seemed to have a lot more to say.

Great trip got to see wild dolphins. Cave trip was OK but for safety reasons could not go all the way into the cave. But still would recommend the experience ifyou ever went to Albuferia

It was beautiful, but the boat was very full, there was a lot of Muslim without respect for anyone, they vomited the entire boat, were unpleasant with the other travellers as well as with the crew.
The crew did everything they could to minimize the problem.

Une sortie en speed-boat de 2h30, avec le vent froid et la mer à 15 degrés, on a eu très très froid pendant toute la traversée en mer !…
Tout ça pour ne voir aucun dauphin ni même de poissons…😞
Circuit et durée non adaptés en hiver, et pourtant c’est pareil en plein été, ce qui n’est pas sérieux de Drive Team, le prestataire de services…
Il était indiqué des audios en Français mais non prévus sur le bateau 🙄
Vigilance aussi pour les personnes souffrant du mal de mer et de maux de dos : le trip est très houleux !

Tout d'abord, je tiens à vous remercier d'avoir porté ce problème à mon attention. Chez Dream Wave, nous nous efforçons de faire en sorte que tous nos clients aient une expérience qui dépasse leurs attentes.
nous avons parlé avec notre équipage et confirmé que nous avions plus de 10 minutes avec les dauphins, même si tout le temps que nous y avons passé semble peu. De plus, nous devons préserver la nature, nous avons des règles et un temps limité pour être avec les dauphins afin de ne pas les stresser.
Quant à Benagil, nous avons également eu plus que les 5 minutes qu'il énumère. Malheureusement, Benagil est si populaire qu'il y a énormément de bateaux, kayaks, etc... qui veulent le visiter. de cette façon, chacun doit avoir du bon sens, sinon il est impossible pour tout le monde de visiter ladite grotte.
Nous nous excusons de ne pas avoir dépassé vos attentes.

Experience unique pour voir des dauphins, vous avez 5 min si vous voulez plonger dans l eau histoire de faire "trempette" et une visite des caves succintes. Pas de biologiste comme présenté dans l énoncé, personnel pas désagreable mais pas agreable non plus ... on sent bien que c est un piege a touriste tres lucratif

Très dommage car gros bateau surtt promenade ennuyeuse assez longue en pleine mer pour trouver soit disant des dauphins avec beaucoup de vent car bateau va vite . Bateau ne pouvait pas rentré ds la grotte de benagil très dommage

La balade en bateau est sympathique mais c'est vraiment une attraction pour touristes. Ne comptez pas descendre pour profiter du panorama et de la baignade, il s'agit seulement d'un trajet en bateau pour voir des spots connus et avec un peu de chance, des dauphins.
