Smooth pickup process to the port

The pickup process was very seamless. We met at the pickup location and the driver was on time and helpful with our luggage. My husband and I had a carry-on and large roller suitcase each and the van had plenty of space for our luggage and the other passengers. He dropped us off at the port on time as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Art tour & views

My husband and I did a tour earlier of the Vatican Museums & Sistene Chspel and free roaming of Basillica and grounds but didnt have details about Saint Peter's art work, grotto and dome climb. I am so glad we did 2 separate tours to almost get everything. We didnt wait too long in line to check our bags about 15min in hot sun even on Sept 25. Bring Umbrella and Fans! Dome climb was easier than Florence! You can use elevator to go up to inner dome but it was too long of a wait, so we took stairs. I am 56 my husband 62. We had to go up further which was tighter stairs and more spiral feel at about 4pm it was packed but glad I did it to go outside on top of Dome. Going down was super easy but we had a treat before going all the way down.

Fabulous Transfer Service in Rome

This was one of the best transfers I have had from the Rome Airport. The driver (Matteo) provided great instructions on how to find him after baggage claim and he was waiting for. He helped move all of our bags to the reserved van and off we went to our hotel. I am looking forward to booking this service again.

The driver was waiting for us as planned holding a sign with my name on it which made him easy to locate. He was pleasant & had to lug my extremely heavy luggage. We were led to a clean, air conditioned van that was roomy & spacious. He got us to the airport in 45 min so we had time to spare prior to our flight. Thank you Carlo for a uneventful, safe ride.
