There was a group of 13 in our party to be transported to the port. Our driver was on time with two vehicles — one van and one Mercedes Sprint. The van driver was the driver we had previously from the airport. No additional fee was required on this trip.

WOW! What a ride! My father and I had another fabulous ride with Antonio who, again, showed us the wonderful, colourful world of Roman traffic. Antonio was prompt, efficient, helpful and absolutely single-mindedly determined to get us to our destination as quickly as possible.

The driver was waiting for us as advertised and was holding a sign with our names on it. He even took a picture of the sign and texted it to me which helped me to know exactly where he was waiting amongst the many other travelers organizating their transportation.

Very easy pick up from our hotel, Doubletree Hotel in Monti and transport by private car to our cruise terminal which was about an hour away. Driver was safe and professional. Vehicle was spotless and comfortably fit our luggage.

This is the 2nd time we booked a cruise ship transfer with Executive Rent through Viator and we are even happier with them this round. The company maintained great communication channels upon booking and confirmed the pickup time and location once more the night before the pickup. Our driver came early and found us in the lobby of the hotel - he was extremely nice and professional and helped us with our luggage.
