Great experience and guide

Good experience overall. Nazim Udum (sp?) was very knowledgeable and great English. The driver Gurbruz (sp?) was very friendly. Nazim was able to navigate all the crowds easily and got us back to the ship with plenty of time left over. We entered through the lower entrance before all the crowds since we have been to the upper part. The terrace houses were new and we were able to see a little more of the excavations since the last time we were here. The amphitheater still wasn’t finished but it will take a long time! Also swapped out Mary’s house w St John’s church to avoid the crowds. Everything was relatively smooth since all the tickets were all electronic QR code scans. I wasn’t sure of the topping amount but according to Google private tours are about 20%.. so left that amount in Euro.

A wonderful trip to Ephesus.

The tour begins quite early but it means you get to Ephesus before it gers busy. The ruins are magnificent and the immersive experience is impressive. The trip also included a visit to Mary's house- peaceful and uplifting. Lunch, which you pay for separately, was a selection of Turkish dishes- meats, salad, dips and a very sweet dessert. This was most certainly a small group experience- we were the only people! The guide, Caran, was excellent. She has an in depth knowledge of Ephesus which she shared with us in an user friendly way. She was an absolute delight. The whole day was wonderful. And should you have Caran as your guide you will be so pleased.

From cruise to lunch to the experiences it was a 10/10! Super easy to find Ozz at the port. Loved the way Ozz connected with the group add did a great job navigating such a large crowd of people and kept track of our group of 10! Lunch was awesome and delicious and would eat again! Wonderful tour

Definitely book the full experience. We booked just the travel and ended up joining in on all the other activities. The guide was incredible- providing the group with a running history lesson spanning the changes in Ephesus over the many empires. The walk through the ruins in Ephesus was long so wear comfortable walking shoes. The ground was not always even so use caution if you have balance issues. Our tour guide timed our arrivals into the attractions so perfectly that we had little to no wait times to see the highlights of the tour. Lunch was delicious and the other couples on our tour were delightful. You will love this tour!

Ephesus tour with lunch: first rate!

There is lots of rough, uneven ground. The marble (and other rocks) are slippery, even when dry. Gigi was an incredible tour guide- very, very knowledgeable, personable, & flexible to your needs - I don't think I have ever had a better tour guide! I would highly recommend asking for her. The lunch on the farm, with all fresh food, was included & was delicious!

An excellent tour offering good value for the cost.

From the outset the tour was very well organised and ran like clockwork. Our guide Ozzy was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure everyone was well looked after. I would highly recommend this tour which was less than half the price of an equivalent tour offered by TUI.

Really good value for money. Zayna was an excellent guide and was very knowledgeable about Ephesus. She answered all of our questions and let us explore the site at our own pace. Ephesus tour

We had a wonderful tour of Ephesus. Our tour guide provided us with a lot of history and facts…which we appreciated. We ended our day at a beautiful lunch and tour of a rug manufacturer. A bit too much pressure on buying a rug…but otherwise a perfect day. Ephesus has a lot to offer and a tour guide is definitely recommended by us.

Great excursion

This excursion at first view looked more expensive than others. But one must take into account what’s included. You get a well appointed spotlessly clean private bus, with a good driver. A very knowledgeable, pleasant guide. Doing all he can to deliver you a great day. Prepaid entrance tickets without the wait. Topped off by a good traditional Greek luncheon. I highly recommend this tour.

Best tour guide EVER!!

Aybike was our guide! She was fantastic!! Very educated and informed about the areas we were visiting. 20 out of 10 recommend her! She enhanced our experience, answered all our questions. This was the start of our vacation and it was fantastic. Could have done without the carpet part, but that food was fabulous and I couldn’t get enough. It was a hot day and was hard to eat but I had seconds and wished I could have taken it home with me!! This IS the tour to take with Aybike if you’re in this area!!

Hands down 1st class guide and tour. The Turkish hospitality was incredible. I left my phone at the house of the Virgin Mary and they helped turn a nightmare into a happy ending.
