Excellent Private Biblical Ephesus Tour from Kusadasi Cruise Port!

We had an amazing private tour experience with our tour guide, Gigi, with pickup and drop off directly from the Kusadasi cruise port. She was super knowledgeable, accommodating, and we had a ton of fun along the way. Mary's House, Ancient Ephesus, and John's Burial Site were fascinating to be able to experience and learn about. Learning about how Turkish Rugs are made and ending our tour with a delicious local lunch was excellent. As a tip for others, ensure to be friendly but yet clear if you do not intend to purchase a Turkish Rug to be respectful of both yours and their time. I would definitely highly recommend this tour to anyone, and it was an awesome way to be able to experience a lot in a limited amount of time!

Really crowded go early We were met at the port Total chaos, so busy with several cruise ships arriving at the same time but our guide found us and off we went. Our guide Steve was great. Knowledgeable and incitful. Customized the tour to where we wanted to go. Certainly recommend this tour. There were only 4 of us so very personalized feeling to the day.

Well worth it

Very worth the time and money. Aybi was exceptional. We learned so much about the history of the sites we visited. She managed to keep track of all 8 of us and give us plenty of time to enjoy the area, take pictures, etc while also teaching us along the way. We loved the lunch and it was really cool to see the rug making process, although they do try hard to get you to buy. There was a stop at a local store to sample many delicious goods, but the prices were WAY over marked, very much a rip off (3-4 times the prices of what we found same goods for in Istanbul a couple days later), so I would suggest leaving that stop out or adding a store with more affordable pricing. Overall though, highly recommend this tour and we were so glad to have booked it rather than a ship excursion which would have been large and impersonal.

A wonderful trip to Ephesus.

The tour begins quite early but it means you get to Ephesus before it gers busy. The ruins are magnificent and the immersive experience is impressive. The trip also included a visit to Mary's house- peaceful and uplifting. Lunch, which you pay for separately, was a selection of Turkish dishes- meats, salad, dips and a very sweet dessert. This was most certainly a small group experience- we were the only people! The guide, Caran, was excellent. She has an in depth knowledge of Ephesus which she shared with us in an user friendly way. She was an absolute delight. The whole day was wonderful. And should you have Caran as your guide you will be so pleased.

From the outset the tour was very well organised and ran like clockwork. Our guide Ozzy was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure everyone was well looked after. I would highly recommend this tour which was less than half the price of an equivalent tour offered by TUI.

Wonderful tour

Definitely book the full experience. We booked just the travel and ended up joining in on all the other activities. The guide was incredible- providing the group with a running history lesson spanning the changes in Ephesus over the many empires. The walk through the ruins in Ephesus was long so wear comfortable walking shoes. The ground was not always even so use caution if you have balance issues. Our tour guide timed our arrivals into the attractions so perfectly that we had little to no wait times to see the highlights of the tour. Lunch was delicious and the other couples on our tour were delightful. You will love this tour!

A must do tour !

The booking was so easy and they were very accommodating adding more family to the original group . They also were able to help us create a wonderful experience for our 83 year old mom who was not able to walk very much . Kufte our guide was so personable and knowledgeable . The driver took extra care of us even driving and walking with our mom to situate her in a comfortable place to sit . They went above and beyond . Most importantly the Kusadasi / Ephaesus tour was filled with so many cultural experiences . The archeological sites are in perfect condition and Kufte was able to give us so many insights and historical facts. We enjoyed our time so much that we will use the same company to organize our tour of Istanbul .
