Communication from the start was excellent. Alpo our driver and guide spoke perfect English, picked us up 2.15am promptly explained the schedule. Bus had air-conditioning. The balloon flight was brilliant, views fantastic and lasted over an hour . Balloon team excellent flying, looking after you. Certificate and glass of fizz after landing. Which was skillfully done back into the trailer! Alpo collects the entrance fee to Pamukkale from you and sorts the tickets out on arrival. Alpo guided us through part of Pamukkale explaining the history and showing us where the main parts are. Interesting walking on the travertine terraces. The amphitheatre is huge and a great site. It was worth paying the extra to go swimming in cleopatra's thermal water pool. You stop for lunch on the way back, buffet style hot and cold. Drinks you pay for. Then journey back with a toilet stop about 30 mins from Antalya. Arrived back to our accommodation about 630pm .Long day but so well worth it. Thanks for a fantastic day

Lots of fun. Bottom deck is the most chill, up top is more party/loud. I paid extra to go in the dinghy right up under the waterfalls and there was a super loud British family with a crying kid along, after we got back the tour guide made extra effort to have me go a second time without the loud family for the proper experience. I appreciated that.

Had an amazing time and our tour guide meli was amazing. She really gave us a history lesson as well as a fun tour. Fantastic value for money. Way better and cheaper than booking cabs yourself to see lower Duden, upper Duden, kaleici and boat tour. The lunch was super.
