Visit to Simi Island

Great day out and one I’d highly recommend. Definitely the way to go is the faster boat, I saw a few that would take up to 2 hours there and 2 hours back. We booked the hotel pick up. I didn’t hear anything initially at booking point as you don’t indicate at booking where you are staying. About an hour after booking, a WhatsApp message asked hotel and it was organised. Where we were staying (Kolymbia), we were far out so the transfer was over an hour. The guys on the boat were great. Everything very easy and smooth. The island itself is so picturesque and definitely worth a visit. The bay was slightly disappointing as the sunlight was hidden behind the mountains - but we were visiting in October. We were surprised at the number of people who fancied the jump in - they loved it. Would I book again? - yes, would I recommend? - yes, highly!

Great walking tour

We had guide ALEXIS who is excellent. The entire process for this tour was excellent!!!! These folks really have their act together. They are great at explaining your tour, processing the tickets and just getting everyone where they need to be. I was very impressed with these guides. Unfortunately, during our tour a fairy intense thunderstorm hit about halfway through. Alexis took us inside to a really cool coffee shop. He fed us some great Baklava and served us many drinks, whatever you wanted. He really entertained us during our rain delay and we really enjoyed him. The building where we started our Rhodes walking tour was HALF PRICE TOURS. I would not hesitate to book a tour with this group as they are very good at what they do !!!!!!

Great time!!

It was a wonderful experience. The crew was so much fun & fantastic. I don’t remember the ladies name, but she made the most delicious food!! And she even put a candle in a fruit dish for me and for another lady as it was our birthday that day. She was wonderful. The whole trip was great The only disappointment was we chose a catamaran so we could do some sailing, but they never opened the sales. Friends that were along on the trip sail themselves. So they were really looking forward to that as well. It was still a great trip.

We had a wonderful time on our In Paul’s footsteps tour. We enjoyed seeing the canal, where Paul baptized people in Athens, and where he shared the good news to the Athenians. Our driver was very nice and easy to talk to and did a good job putting up with our constant chatter lol.

Beautiful island cruise...

Beautiful island cruise near Athens. Ship staff was friendly and attentative. The lunch had a nice variety of food that was fresh. The first island was tiny and didn't take us long to explore the little town. The second island had a bigger port. I recommend walking thru it 2 or 3 streets off the main one. The shops are nicer, more local. If you are going on to other islands after Athens, I would skip this for another day on a larger island.

Enjoyable Day on the Aegean

I had done a different 3-island tour that was more tour-focused. This one is more swim focused and I didn't bring a bathing suit. Definitely be prepared to swim in the Aegean. Despite that I really enjoyed being on the water and was able to walk to the Temple of Apollo on Aegina. The lunch was excellent and the crew were excellent as well.

Nice day in Symi

We participated on a boat trip to Symi island, with a swim stop to St. George's Bay which was amazing. After the swim it was around 15 minutes to arrive, so I advice not to queue for the WC to change, just get dry and enjoy the sea breeze. The crew was very helpful, the boat was perfect for this short trip, and it also had a bar. We were given 3 hours free time, it is absolutely enough for Symi. Make sure to arrive early to the boat so you can have the best sitting places. In Symi, there are only two mini beaches if you want to swim, without any wc and changing cabin.

Our guide, Miltos, was...

Our guide, Miltos, was fantastic!!! We were not able to get into Lake Vouliagmeni, it was at max capacity and no one else could get in until others left. Miltos came up with a plan and saved the day! He took us to a beach located at the bottom the Temple of Poseidon to allow us the opportunity to swim and relax before making our way to the temple. We were also able to have lunch at a restaurant located on the beach! We had a wonderful time, all thanks to our quick thinking guide, Miltos!!!

Brilliant day!

What a great day. Boat was lovely but not a lot of seating, we were lucky and got the bean bags up front. Only shade is at the back of the boat so you are a sitting duck in the sun. Crew were lovely, food was simple but tasty (chicken, rice, pasta, salad and bread), nice touches were being given a sugar ring donut on the way out and water melon on the way back. Stopped at 3 lovely bays, water is freezing when you first get in and then lovely. You get about 50 minutes at each bay, they provide snorkels, masks and noodles if you need them. There were little kids on the trip but not sure it’s very well suited for youngsters and if you’ve got fussy eaters, the food might not be the best. Trip was long enough and we had a great time.
