From the very outset, the communication from the company through WhatsApp messages was excellent (AND they replied promptly to any questions I had). Pick up was on time and in a clean and spacious Mercedes Vito (8 person) with our driver Wojtek (who was very professional and gave clear instructions of what we needed to do). We arrived in good time to be able to grab a drink before our timeslot. Once the tour started, we grabbed our audio headsets (which were very clear) and proceeded to follow and listen to our knowledgeable tour guide Rychard who gave us some fascinating insights into the heavy subject matter. I had opted for the smaller group tour and with only 15 people walking around together, there was plenty of room to move; well worth the tiny bit extra in my opinion. The first part of the tour around Auschwitz lasted around 1hr45. Once the first part of the tour finished we were handed our pre-booked lunch bags by Wojtek. Well worth the money and I would suggest everyone gets one as the queues in the cafe were starting to get big at that point. The only suggestion I would make is that we only had around 15mins to eat lunch. A longer 30mins lunch would have been much better and feel a little less rushed at that point. Back in the Minibus and onto Part 2 - Birkenau Camp. This part brought home the information Rychard had given us previously and with Rychard again leading us around, it gave us a sense of continuity to the visit. This part lasted around 30mins. Once finished we headed home and were dropped off right outside our appt. Perfect. I am generally one who likes a good service and I have nothing but positives from this trip. If you are heading out I would happily recommend this tour operator.

The transport bus didn’t pick up near my hotel. I had to walk about 2 miles in the heat to catch the bus. However the bus driver was awesome and the tour guide Anna were very nice and helpful. Our guide was absolutely amazing! She has absolutely provided a 5star tour experience.

Giving this a 5 star review as the booking company had excellent communication over app and WhatsApp to pick up near our hotel. Easy transportation there and back, and they took care of the tickets with expedited entry. Made the process easy start to finish. Once inside our tour guide was not what I wanted (mostly discussed WWII history and not explaining what we were seeing, and was very dull and a touch hard to understand her English). So, we downloaded a map explaining every location and did our own tour. This also had the benefit of getting to enjoy the key sights at a slower pace and alone as it seemed that everyone there was part of a tour so you could time between tours having the key sights literally alone. Note that there are no food or drinks provided but the location had those items for sale.
