Very educational and well organized. Jakub and Barbora were excellent tour guides. The schedule was tight, but they managed to fit in a couple of breaks to deload from the experience. It was obviously a lot to take in, but I wouldn’t miss the opportunity to visit.

Lots of steps down anyone with walking issues it could be to much but they could take you down in the lift and wheelchair to the church but everyone else the whole place is amazing with a full church made from salt even the chandeliers that you can go to once a week for mass free. The Chopin chamber was lovely and the whole place has lots of history you can even stop for refreshments/souveners in it and there is toilets on certain levels.

An important tour. Seeing is believing...

The tour organiser stayed in touch from a week before the trip to the day of the tour. The time was changed from a morning to afternoon tour however the tour operator does warn customers in advance that this could happen. It suited me in the end. You should definitely leave the full day clear for this tour. You will be in no mood to do much else after because of the subject matter. A well organised tour with convenient pick-up points throughout Krakow. The guide at the sites was also very good and took the tour at an acceptable pace. No rushing or lingering too long. There is a lot of ground to cover and the day is long with heavy topics. Be prepared for the emotional weight of this tour.

The experience at the site was extraordinary. Very organized and our guide was better than excellent. She brought home a sadistic time in world history that I have trouble understanding and putting into words. I believe her name was Lydia and her vast knowledge as a historian was appreciated.

He was incredibly kind, courteous and respectful. It’s a long, exhausting morning so I greatly appreciated him dropping us off at our pick up locations.

A Very Well Planned, Organized, and Executed Excursion

My husband and had a memorable day visiting Auschwitz I - Birkenau. I was VERY pleased with the constant communication prior to our excursion, informing us of our pick-up time with the name of the driver and license plate number, as well as a picture of the vehicle! Even the ability to order lunch! ALL was FABULOUS! Phillip, our guide at both concentration camps was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, making it easy to follow along. The ENTIRE excursion was VERY WELL planned, organized, and executed! I would HIGHLY recommend this excursion to anyone! Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Empathy goes a long way!!!

To see and sense the cruelty was so humbling—-and you come away a changed person! Eugen our driver was so good at making sure we had our personal needs met (rest room, snack, etc). He was interested in each passenger, and provided conversation related to the locale. The sign when you enter Auschwitz says “Those who fail to remember are doomed to repeat this”. We all must rely on our faith in a living God to make sure this doesn’t happen again!

Well organised tour with pick up and drop off from our hotel. Tickets and guide were pre-organised. The tour was very informative and you move swiftly from one section to the next, not really having much time to feel and absorb the happenings as you have to stick with the group. Cheese and vodka tasting...

Cheese and vodka tasting was excellent. Cheese was so good. Funicular ride was lovely especially if you get the front seat. Thermal springs was great but could have spent less time there. Pick up time was nice and easy and less than 2 min walk from the hotel. Lara and our driver were awesome and made it an entertaining trip.
