A walk in history…
The Freedom Trail walk was excellent! Loved all the information and our guide Lin N. was very passionate about the subject, easy to understand and engaging in sharing her knowledge. It was a great way to understand how to get around Boston as we put in 22000 steps that day, she also recommended a great spot for a Lobstah roll.

Best tour of our entire Boston trip!
We loved this tour so much - it was probably the best thing we did on our trip to Boston! Our tour guide was Rob, and he was phenomenal! He taught us so much, and made it fun at the same time. I'm so glad I chose this tour, because I think we got so much more information about Boston and it's history. Rob was great about communicating with us in advance of the tour, so we were prepared for possible rain and knew exactly where to meet him. What a great guide! I think we lucked out by getting him for our tour. I'm currently reading the Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin because he inspired me so much.

Great tour!!! Don’t miss. Very funny!!
It was what we expected. It was like a good comedian from the neighborhood. He told different type of history then other tours. It was history if the neighborhood from a guy that grew up there. Warning- don’t be worried if he is a few minutes late and DONT call or text him about being late. He will know. lol!!! But actually him calling me out ( because I texted when he was two mins late) was the funniest part of the tour. And he took us to really good food places, local and family owned.

Batter up!!!
Not being a big baseball fan, this was completely worth it. Fun and informative, really awesome to walk around such a historic venue and learn about the team and city around it!!! Our guide was super enthusiastic and knowledgeable, recommend 100% and may even follow more baseball now…

Memorable experience thanks to Ben!
Had an amazing time on this tour! Ben was a super engaging guide and made the experience memorable and fun - and I learned a ton from his stories! Ben was entertaining and kept everyone’s attention the entire time, creating interactive experiences with the group as well! He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun and was comfortable throughout the tour. Ben elevated this walking tour into a super special and memorable experience! Highly recommend! And thank you again, Ben!!

Alisa was great.
Groups was large. They split into 2 groups. Our guide Alissa (?sp) was great. The other guide, who was there who you check in with was not pleasant. Unlike multiple emails etc which said to checkin with the person with the black flag. She did not have one. She was frankly rude when we ask if she had a flag and if she was who we were to check in with. When they split group up we went with Alissa who was great. Very friendly and informative. She had a speaker so easy to hear. We had a great tour but others who were with the other guide reported that theirs wasn't that guide.

This tour was so much...
This tour was so much fun, I would absolutely do it again. Elizabeth’s enthusiasm for the city and its food was completely infectious. She was so thoughtful in answering my questions and even spent some extra time with me to make sure I got the Boston treats I was looking for. She made great recommendations and even sent me recipes afterwards so I could TRY to recreate some of the dishes we had on the tour. 10/10

Wrong meeting place address.
You must change the address given for the meeting place. The booking says 156 Blackstone. There is no such address. It should be 136 Blackstone. This address is clearly seen on the door to the building where we meet. Myself and everyone in our 13 member group could not find a 156 Blackstone and suffered much anxiety because we thought we would miss the tour while looking for this non-existent address. Our tour was delayed 15 minutes waiting for others to find the meeting spot. Our tour guide stated he is wearing an Intrepid shirt. However, we didn’t have any idea what Intrepid is because we booked with Viator of course. So a guy in a red shirt in the area didn’t mean anything to us. Again, you need to change the advertisement to read, “Meet at 136 Blackstone “.

Quack-worthy Excursion!
We were in Boston for only one day and this was a perfect tour for us. It allowed us to pick a starting point from three choices so we could pick one that was walking distance from where we stayed. The tour showed us all most the whole city in a comfortable bus that also turned into a boat for 1/3rd of the journey. The guide was very entertaining and kept us laughing while giving the information about the buildings and areas he was showing us. All in all, great value especially if you are short of time.

Great tour during a layover in Boston.
I had a six hour layover in Boston and decided to take this walking tour to get a quick overview of the landmarks and history. So glad I did! Very informative and easy way to get the lay of the land, learn about the historical sites and their significance.
Getting to the tour was really easy using the free silver line bus from the airport to South Station. I didn’t realize it at the time, that I could have taken the red line train to downtown. Instead, I walked the 10-15 minutes—but didn’t mind since the weather was nice and I was able to see other parts of the city.

Would HIGHLY recommend!
This was a great tour! Our guide, Catherine, was super informative and had a great personality. The tour felt very interactive, and it was evident that she genuinely enjoys her job. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Boston! It was the perfect length to get just enough information and history about the area without feeling overwhelming.

Great tour of Freedom Trail
Great, enjoyable and detailed walk through the Freedom Trail and Beacon Hill. Our tourguide, Olivia, was friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
The only negative belongs to Viator, which mislabeled the meeting g point. We nearly didn’t make the tour even though we got to the area 15 minutes early. Olivia said they tried to correct it with aviator but to not avail. Please, Viator, list the starting point as in front of Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles!
