What are people saying about Bayeux

Great tour!
We booked last minute and hoped for the best. Yannick exceeded our expectations. The group was small, only 4 total, and the van we travelled in was roomy and clean. Yannick was very personable and knowledgeable of the area. Would highly recommend this tour to others. Beware, there are over 200 steps on this tour, so it’s not for someone with mobility challenges!

Amazing and unique experience!
What an amazing experience! My mom and I decided to try this unique way to see the Normandy beaches in memory of my uncle - who was a WWII historian and rode a motorcycle his entire life - and my grandfather who was a WWII veteran. When Remi pulled up in a sidecar named Charles - both my grandfather and my uncle's name - we knew we DEFINITELY made the right decision! My Pop was originally assigned to an infantry division, but he was moved to the motor pool. His original unit was part of the D-Day invasion, and sadly, most didn't return. We thought this would be a great way to honor both of my family members, and we were NOT disappointed! Remi was amazing! He was personable, very knowledgeable, and patient with us. Unfortunately, the weather was not good at the start, but Remi had rain gear for us that kept us dry. The weather cleared up about halfway into the tour, so that was great. I rode on the back, and my mom rode in the sidecar. We did go faster than we expected (I guess we thought we would be tootling around like in a golf cart, but NOPE!), and it was so much fun! I saw a review that said if you sit behind the driver to hold on tight, and they are correct, but we felt completely safe! Remi was a great guide and took care of us ladies! We really enjoyed learning about the strategy at the beaches, and felt moved at the cemetery. We were able to stop at a place and buy some souvenirs as well. Highly recommend this tour and Remi as your guide!

Fabulously Respectful Tour of a Highly Significant WW ll Battlefield
Audrey, our tour guide, is highly professional and informative. She is extremely cordial and made all the members of our family feel comfortable. Her scope of knowledge is utterly amazing and she shares her insights in a tireless manner. The tour was conducted in a highly respectful manner which we have vowed not to forget.

Juno Beach Experience
We had a very good tour of Juno Beach, Juno Beach Centre and the Canadian Cemetery at Beny-Sur-Mer. Thanks Ellen in helping us understand what our Canadian soldiers went through in the early days of the invasion. Her insights were great. An experience that we won’t forget.
