Great guide and an exceptional day

Even if you’re not a fan of history the Normandy tour is a must. The sacrifices made there turned the tide of human history. It was a very moving and emotional day. Our tour guide, Fabrice, was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The 3 hour drive from Paris was made better by hearing his stories. Highly recommend.

This is a full day...

This is a full day experience. We were picked up right at our ship. The guide, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable. He used the travel time to the beaches for a history lesson leading up to WWII. Having known someone who was wounded at St. Lo, this was a very meaningful visit for us. Recommend very highly. We returned in plenty of time before the gangway went up.

Great experience.

Normandy is a must see. Incredibly moving. Our tour took in the American beaches and the cliffs which were scaled by the Rangers. Our guide, Matthew was personable and knowledgeable, fluent in English. Definitely a highlight of our trip to France. We don't have anything to compare this with but without a doubt it was worth going.

A day in Bayeux

Our guide Emanuel picked my husband and I up at our hotel. We were able to see Gold and Juno beaches, tour the museum, enjoy a seafood lunch and pay respects to the many young men who gave their lives to fight for our freedom and rights. Emanuel was very knowledgeable about the history of WWII. I give five stars to Emanuel and the tour he provided.

Manon, our guide, provided in depth historical data to give us a clear understanding of D Day and the tremendous sacrifices of the brave men who stormed the beaches. She did further research of my grandfather who died on Omaha Beach and set up a private tour at the cemetery. Really recommend this lovely excursion. We were collected from the cruise port Lawrence our guide was excellent, so knowledgeable and also very funny. He brought Norman history to life. When we got to Honfleur, it was so beautiful. Lots of history and buildings which were fascinating. We had amazing local ice cream/sorbet. Lovely shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend

A Tour de force

Helene was our guide and was terrific. This tour was flexible with destinations so we were never rushed. We could spend more time at locations based on what we liked. The paratrooper museum was great and instead of Utah beach we went to Arromanches where the British and Canadians landed and part of the artificial reef still survives.
