This was a great intro to the main sights. Tsion showed us all the key things around Rome with some interesting background info. The pace was really good and managed to avoid a lot of crowds. She also gave us a lot of recommendations for food, drink and hidden gems of the city which I think is a great touch. It was also light with humour and wasn’t overwhelming with historical dates for the sake of it, enough to understand but not over the top.

Our guide, Antonio, was a pleasant and amiable fellow. The content of the tour was light on information compared to others we have done. In addition, the pace was quite fast, especially for us older folks, causing the group get spread out in very crowded areas. Antonio had a brightly colored flag he used when we initially gathered but didn’t hold it up as he walked so it was easy to lose sight of him. In addition, it was often difficult to hear/understand him. We would have benefited from having radios or at least from Antonio having a microphone.

Sila was very knowledgable and knew lots of information about the history, design and architecture. We found it very helpful and presented a new perspective. I have been to Rome before but this was my wife’s first time. Sila shared so much information that I did not know and enjoyed the tour as a seasoned traveler to Rome while my wife was a first timer and absorbed the information from the lens of a newcomer. Wonderful tour with a friendly guide. It was a great way to start a trip (had planned a few days in Rome).
Eva was our guide and as veterans of 10 scenic tours over the last 2 weeks she was far and away the best. She gave us a wonderfully entertaining 3 hours, with in depth facts and a delightful sense of humor. You should consider asking her to be a guide instructor.

This was perfect walking tour of Rome. Exactly what I was hoping for! Sharon was exceptional. She gave a lot of historical and cultural information while keeping it very interesting and fun. We greatly appreciated her keeping us in the shade and avoiding major crowds as much as possible as it was a very hot day. Loved exploring the side roads in Rome!!

After getting off to a rough start, we enjoyed this tour. The meeting location of the tour was confusing. The app told us to meet at Piazza Novana. Then, I received a text with a link with a pic of a park and to meet at Piazza d'Aracoeli. Based on the app we had the taxi driver take us to Piazza Novana. We had no idea that these were two different locations. We had to run to Piazza d'Aracoeli in order to meet the tour. Luckily for us, the group had not left.
Once the tour got under way, the tour guide, Sharon, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable of the history and kept a pace that allowed everyone in the tour to keep up. We ended the tour a little later than expected, but no one cared and continued to ask questions even after the tour was over.

Dimara(20) was exceptional!! She knew the history and fantasies regarding the sites we visited. Her stories and insights made the time pass much too quickly. Her English was better than that of many Americans--one would not guess it is not her native tongue. We were sad to say good night. ( (The only snag was not her fault--the brochure said that tours starting before 5:30pm would be able to enter the Pentagon for an additional fee --but Dimara was unaware of this until we showed her the advertisement and did not plan time for this.)

Very small group on our tour, just four total plus Domenica our guide. Nice intro to one group piece of Rome for 2 hours and an affordable price. Domenica picked good spots to stop and pre explain things to us before getting to busy spots like trevi fountain.
