They couldn't accomodate us on the date booked and I in good faith agreed to shift dates ! I'm with family and mentioned that I have elder family who are senior citizens. But not hospitable at all and no chivalry not only that we were dropped off and just left there stranded!

RIP OFF!! Do not book this tour! We only had one nt in Rome so chose this tour bcuz the itinerary incl. the main sites we wanted to see. There were 6 people total - one couple is sitting backwards in back of cart-very bumby and unable to hear guide( that was us).When it ended we were shocked because the driver skipped 4 of the 7 listed sights !! Incl. the colisium and Trevi Fountain!! Not happy, we asked why and driver casually said" i go where the passengers want to go " WTF? he never asked any of us and why have an itinerary if you don't intend to follow it??After disputing with Viator, Viator denied because they made up a fake excuse that people took too long looking at other sites leaving not enough time. Total lie. Why skip the 2nd stop then?? He gave us designated time to return ( usually 5-10 min) . He also added a stop that wasn't on the itinerary. Beware , there are many better options out there . Hoping AMX will resolve for me because this is bad business .

This was the highlight of our trip to Rome. We got to see up close many Major attractions. The driver Dino was gracious enough to take pictures of us together! Very knowledgeable and a fantastic experience.

We did the 1hr 30min tour.. but there was no Colosseum! (It is listed and even displays photos at bottom from others who have gone on tour) When we were done w tour, 3 of us asked about it but our tour guide (who was great w everything else btw) said its not included, which is not true! Wouldve given 5 stars if we got what was advertised/listed!

Guide arrived late. Had to ask guide to use the speakers to begin with and of course they were not working so we were unable to hear anything in the back. Did not follow the itinerary! Did not see the Trevi Fountain. That was what we wanted to see most with the lights at night. Did not see the Pantheon. Did not see Piazza Novona. Just peaked in through buildings as we quickly drove by. Had to request to see the Spanish steps. He stopped at the top and you could not see the steps or the lights. WASTE OF MONEY!
We scheduled this for our last day and were so looking forward to it. It was a huge disappointment!

Our guide Ernesto was great and the tour was fun. It was unfortunate that we had to wait for 15-20min for 2 people who had booked that weren’t in our party. Even though we left late, the tour still ended at 9:30 shortening our 90 min tour to 70 minutes for something that wasn’t our fault.

Golf cart was a great way to see the sites, our tour let us get off and actually go take pictures and spend a couple minutes at each site. ‼️ Don’t sit on the back seat of the golf cart, it sits higher up and you’re facing backwards and you can’t see a thing because of the golf cart roof. no view!

Atta was our guide and he was amazing. He took us to see amazing things we did not even know existed. And his knowledge of the history or Rome made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. We have been to a Rome many times, but we have never experienced it like this before. It was truly special and unique. We highly recommend seeing Rome at night by golf cart with Atta!

You should be clear that this is not a 'Guided Tour'. You literally just visit some sites where you can stop and take photos. The city at night does look entirely different than it does in the day. The trip did what it said on the tin and was worth it for some great pics.

I have used Viator before and did not hesitate to book with them. Having said that, our guide, David, was very nice and knowledgeable but..his microphone did not work so he was shouting to be heard over traffic and was constantly turning to face us instead of road. We also missed seeing colosseum at night.
Trevi and the Pantheon at night are super crowded. It gets chilly at night so you need a jacket ot sweater

We booked this last minute while at dinner in Rome. So happy we did! The 11pm tour was amazing with no traffic and quiet streets so we saw a lot in an hour and a half. Everything was so beautifully lit, no lines and great photo ops. Mano our driver was excellent, very fun and attentive and really personalized the tour to make it special. My 17 year olds loved it too!

Easy booking and info provided. Clear and easy to find meeting point. Cart arrived on time. I was 1 of 6. Our guide "Sa" was friendly and cheerful. In the seat next to him was someone who he talked with (in Italian) when he was not speaking to us. Very early in the ride, he opted to not use the microphone. If I sat in the rear, I would have asked that he use the microphone. At the end, my friend and I left disappointed. I believe that Sa could have spent more time talking to us about Rome and less time with the person next to him. I understand that traffic and roadways limit access, but several sites, particularly the Colosseum, we arrived at a location with a very limited view. While on the cart, the pace was fast. I wasnt able to take a decent picture unless we were stopped. This experience could have been better. As is, its overpriced. Incidentally, days before, I took a golf cart tour from another company in Florence. That was better but fell short with the meeting point and guide didn't have a microphone. The 2 persons in the back did not hear much of what the guide was saying to us.

We took the night golf cart tour. Our guide, Simon, was very friendly and showed us some wonderful spots around town. Our favorite was a beautiful church I didn't know about before and we were able to go inside and view. Simon was also patient with us at stops that we took time for pictures. We should’ve done this tour on our first night in Rome instead of the last! Our tour guide, Dan Red, was fun and knowledgeable! He brought us to the best “secret” spots near each stop so we could take the best pictures! He even recommended a few restaurants and dropped us off there after the tour.

Robin was great, I could have listened to him talk all night! You can tell he loves his city and is full of knowledge!!! Rome is beautiful at night…definitely book the tour! Unfortunately we had to hop off unexpectedly due to a medical issue but Robin was very kind and understanding. Thanks Robin!

The major issue that I have with this tour is that it was shorter than the promised 90 minutes. Our guide picked us up 15 minutes late. In addition, we only went to 3 of the 7 places that we were supposed to go to. Our guide included the third place because he overheard our conversation questioning the places that were supposed to be included in this spot. The guide was nice. He answered questions but it would have been nice if he added stories as part of the tour. Do not book the brief tour. There is another that is 3 hours. Perhaps then you will see all 7 places promised on this tour.

Matt was a fabulous guide!! He took us to all the scheduled stops as well as some hidden gems. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. He told us about the history and traditions of the spots and also kept it very entertaining. He took his time and we felt very comfortable! Definitely recommend!!!

Original tour cancelled a few hours before scheduled. It happens, I understand. Rebooked, our baby causes us to miss rebook in early evening (7:30pm) of our last nite in Rome. See, it happens.
Tour company provides seats on the 9:30 tour. The driver shows up 20 mins late then proceeds to inform us he’s booked for 9 people and only has 7 seats.
We are booted off the tour. Multiple requests for refund, tour operator dragging their heels even when they promised to provide refund confirmation by end of day.
Viator refuses to support your refund unless you have irrefutable evidence (texts, emails) and even then it’s a struggle for them to refund your money.
Everything is great when it works well, but when it does not Viator and tour companies will do everything NOT to refund your money. Be warned.

Robin was our guide and he was extremely personable, knowledgeable and was an absolutely outstanding guide! He provided excellent details and historical information as well as making it fun. A golf carts through pebble stone streets and alleys of Rome is a great way to be close to all the happenings! You feel like you are immersed in Rome and its nighttime atmosphere. I highly recommend this tour, but even more, recommend Robin, he made it great!
