This was a fun excursion! However, the “Venice Entry fee” is not included. We had to pay 10€ each when we arrived. The tour itself is only 3 hours. We were gifted this tour, so i am appreciative, however i think they charge too much considering the tour is only 3 hours. I understand the train ticket to/from rome is included but think the tour could be a little longer.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the excursion 😊 The Venice access fee is normally included for all our customers, so there may unfortunately have been an oversight on our side in sending the payment in advance, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding the tour duration, we are a bit surprised by the comment about only 3 hours, as the total time spent in Venice was around 6 hours, including guided time and free time to explore the city independently before returning to Rome.
