This service was easy to book and I would use them again. The driver was polite and had good communication prior to arrival and during transportation. He even helped us navigate the airport. What a wonderful job he did.
Stamapis was personable and did a perfect job. He pointed out some sites without trying to be a tour guide. I highly recommend this service.

Driver went to wrong hotel for pick-up despite updated hotel information was sent prior. Driver seemed annoyed with me, did not want to pull over so that I could load my 2 large checked bags and 2 carry-ons. Very abrupt older man and rude comment "your welcome" at drop off. I could feel the hostility throughout the entire ride to the airport in Athens.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry that your departure transfer did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances regarding the pickup location. The reservation was originally made with one hotel as the confirmed pickup point. The night before the scheduled transfer, we received a message advising us that you had moved to a different hotel, along with two different addresses that were not located close to one another.
Given the very short notice and the conflicting location information provided, our team and driver made every effort to accommodate the change and ensure that your transfer to the airport could still be completed. We therefore regret that these efforts were not reflected in your experience.
We are also sorry if the driver’s manner came across as abrupt. Our drivers are expected to remain professional and courteous, even when last-minute changes create operational challenges, and we will take your comments into consideration.
We always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, but providing one clear and accurate pickup location, particularly for time-sensitive airport transfers, is essential to ensuring a smooth service.
Kind regards,
The Key Tours Team
They dropped us and did not show up for the pickup which required us to make alternate arrangements and end up paying double to get to the airport.

Scheduled our ride from downtown to the Athens Airport well in advance as we needed to be picked up at 3am!!! for an international flight. Our driver was at our door 10 minutes early and helped bring our luggage downstairs to the car. Quick efficient trip to the airport at that time of morning. Great experience overall. Only negative was that the driver spoke no English, so the trip was silent.
