Bettina was Excellent

Be aware there are numerous tours (varying operators) at the designated meeting area so can take time to locate. Bettina was our tour guide, she was excellent, engaging and a well versed Ripperologist! She always made sure everyone was gathered before starting the talks. Value of tour

The guide gave an excellent history that we would recommend you do before looking in the different buildings, we listened to a Beefeater, he was excellent. The information was valuable in understanding what the history of the buildings were and the history and different culture of those times.

Really fun tour

The tour was really fun and engaging. The tour guide was really good at keeping little kids engaged and answering questions for everyone including the many questions of life kids. He would also point out various places that didn't relate to the ghosts tour, but we're still very interesting to hear about. The tour guide was really good about trying to keep the group together and if people needed it slowed down or needed extra time he was more than willing to adjust the tour speed as needed. Really appreciate it if you were trying to get a couple pictures of the tour.

Fun for everyone

Our tour guide is really fun to be around, and was very knowledgeable about the various jack the ripper murderers theories. He gave out random murder suspects cards to random members of the group to try and keep the group engaged and help shed more light on possible suspects of the murderers. Overall it was a really fun trip and was well organized by the group leader of the tour. Would definitely recommend to everyone even if you're not a huge jack the ripper fan.

All you will ever need to know about Jack the Ripper!

Mick, our tour guide, has the most phenomenal knowledge regarding all aspects of Jack the Ripper. He has even written a book on the subject. He gave us an enlightening overview of the gruesome murders, which was highlighted with actual printed pictures and even digital slides provided by a portable overhead projector! We learned so much on this subject, and highly recommend Mick!

Whether hot or cold, make sure to dress appropriately! It was a super cold night and I didn’t think to bring a scarf and dress warmly enough. Also, recommend at the front end of a trip so you see the highlights and make sure you hit the right stops. Also, Emma was a great guide that shared great insights and some awesome shopping tips.

The staff was professional I felt like my husband and I really enjoyed the sightseeing cruise. Walking the streets of London gave the history a weight that you just can't get from a distance. Our guide, George, was fantastic. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and kind, but he also shared local insights passed down through his own family history. Hearing those personal connections made the stories feel much more grounded and authentic.
