Special Kensington Palace and Gardens and High Tea tour

This was a wonderful experience - the palace tour made it special especially touring Queen Victoria’s doll house and apartments before she became queen. The garden tour was not as spectacular as it was a very dry summer ao there were no flowers. But Diana’s memorial in the sunken pool was special. and the High Tea at the orangery was excellent I was the only person who showed up so I had a private tour with Nicholas who had a lot of stories and showed such passion for history that you could feel his stories come alive.

A fun experience for family of 5

This was so fun! Leif was great at walking us through how to make our scones from beginning to end, and even taught us how to eat them like the queen. They were delicious and such a fun experience. My kids are 11, 8 and 5 and they were all engaged every minute.

Best tour guide I’ve ever had

Ask for Alexander Hetherington. He was the best guy I have ever had on any tour absolutely. We went in Westminster. The history was wonderful. You can take pictures. We walk through Saint James Park stopped and had a coffee had a wonderful lunch in Trafalgar Square. Alex was just a vast volume of knowledge. I got very sick in the afternoon and had to give up part of our tour and he was wonderful and attentive, and found a place to rest and came back and checked on me.

Nice Intro to the City

This was a nice relaxing introduction to the city getting to see everything from the bus. Megan (sp?) was a well informed guide. I had the vegetarian food which was great! If you think you want to do the London Eye, get the pass through here, I essentially walked on skipping the line.

History Never Felt So Personal

The Tea that Never Was

Its non-refundable but due to the Pride Parade traffic was at a standstill, so my husband called after almost an hour an half in a cab and indicated we would not be able to make it. Ruben's was very understanding and refunded our tea. We were grateful for their understanding and upset we were not able to make the tea.

Amazing experience with a great tour guide!

We had a wonderful time in this tour! David was so knowledgeable and shared so many great stories about the entire tour. He was thorough and explained the history as well. The High Tea at Kensington Palace was an experience of a lifetime! Princess Diana's memorial statue was beautiful surrounded by the beautiful garden she loved so dearly. We were very happy with the entire tour! Thank you David for eberything!

Amazing Tour with a sighting of the King!

An incredible experience. Our guide, Natalie, was amazing! She knew all the best places to stand and was very knowledgeable. And due to her knowledge, she set us up to see and wave to King Charles as he commuted from St. James to Buckingham Palace! Would definitely recommend!

The Private Tour Guide Was Amazing

The VIP private tour guide before the War Room exhibit was our favorite part. She taught us so much history and showed is so many things in the area we never noticed. The War Room itself was okay, they could use air conditioning or fans down there. We also recommend more places to sit. Worth the experience due to the VIP private tour guide.

Tasty and comfy

Excellent in many ways. Staff is so polite and our attendant offered great tea selections. Seated at a window table in the most comfy chairs. Started with Prosecco. Presentation was beautiful. The individual sandwiches were tasty with our favorite being the chicken with mayonnaise surrounded with toasted almonds. Then the desserts —-awesomeness, followed by the freshly baked scones topped with jam, or lemon custard. Yum-Yum.
