Stunningly beautiful

Worth the trip, it is stunningly beautiful! Around every turn it gets more and more beautiful. We had a great experience with our guide Shawn H which gave us the perfect spots for the pictures and the history. I wanted to mention that the time in that area is tricky as Navajo nation is not the same time as AZ so we weren’t sure what time to be there. When we arrived, we found that at the check in place the time is AZ time. The stair case down is step but the stairs back up are gradual. The lower canyon was amazing and I highly recommend!

A well-balanced tour

Our tour guide (Tracey), sorry if I misspelled, was the perfect package from the start. She was personable and knowledgeable. The tour was a perfect balance of awareness, safety, education and humor. It was my birthday and she made sure to set aside time for a few pics. She educated guests on the best camera features on our smartphones for photos. She was excellent!

Great tour with very knowledgeable guide. Nicole even took pictures of each guest at several stops making sure everyone got really nice pictures. This was a small group of only 15 and that was ideal. Also liked not having to hike out to Horseshoe Bend-a beautiful sight.

Be ready to use ladders. Capture amazing photos and be wow'd by the formations in this tour. Great tour guide. Very helpful in teaching how to capture great photos. Would highly recommend. Do 12 pm tour for best lighting. Crowded, but broken in groups, which keeps good distance between the crowds. Worth every penny.

Grand Canyon Railroad is a Gem of Arizona

The train from Williams AZ to the Grand Canyon was comfortable, there was entertainment, a train robbery (fun), and wonderful information about the area from our train car "conductor", Jane. Jane kept us entertained with her amazing stories and knowledge of Arizona. The depot at the Canyon is located at the foot of the El Trevor Hotel. We had three hours to explore our section of the canyon before our relaxing return to Williams.

Don't look any farther than Buck Wild tours.

My wife and I booked a tour with Buck Wild tours and am so glad we did. Not only was our guide Trey extremely knowledgeable on the formation of the canyon but also the time line where it fits into history with the formation of the rocks, and animals (dinosaurs) and such. Also learned of the indigenous people from the area and history of exploration and the building of industry in the area. I would definitely recommend Buck Wild tours.

In my opinion, both Upper...

In my opinion, both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon have their own unique charms, though I find the colors and striations in Lower Antelope Canyon to be even more beautiful. Emerging from Lower Antelope Canyon is also a truly surreal experience—it feels just like climbing out of a fissure in the earth, which is quite fascinating. Furthermore, driving yourself to Lower Antelope Canyon is very convenient, as it spares you the need to take a lengthy shuttle ride. Visiting Upper Antelope Canyon, on the other hand, involves a much longer shuttle journey and consumes significantly more time.

Seamless, Scenic and Safe

The experience was seamless from beginning to end. The drivers at the pickup were there on-time. As soon as we reached the boat, we were in the air within 30 min. The pilot, Scott, was amazing. He explained the hot air balloon process throughout the whole ride and described the scenery. The landing was also exactly as he described and safe. The closing ceremony, breakfast and champagne were the icing on the cake. I would it again!

“Go big or go home”

This was an incredible way to see the Grand Canyon. I never thought that it was going to be that breathtaking. The pilot was very knowledgable and explained every area of it. The helicopters were top notch. I have never ridden in a helicopter before and was at ease when I seen how clean and shiny their equipment and facilities were. Well worth the cost. I always tell my wife “let’s go big or let’s go home”. That was definitely “so big”. The first thing that comes out of my mouth anytime someone asks me about the trip is the helicopter ride and the professional service that we had with Maverick helicopters. They also get you relaxed for take off by playing the theme song to top gun as the helicopter lifts off the ground. It definitely gives you that “let’s go conquer the canyon” feeling. I just can’t say enough about it. Trust me, you won’t be sorry. ITS BETTER “TO GO BIG WITH MAVERICK THEN TO GO HOME WITH NOTHING”. Enjoy the ride!

Our ATV tour was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had! From start to finish, our guide made everything smooth, fun, and safe. They were super knowledgeable about the trails and scenery, pointing out cool spots and making sure everyone was comfortable no matter their experience level. What really stood out was their energy—they kept the vibe fun the entire time while still being professional and organized. If you were nervous at first, they made sure you felt confident before hitting the trails. The route itself was amazing, with beautiful views and just the right mix of adventure and excitement. If you’re thinking about booking an ATV tour, definitely ask for this guide—you won’t regret it! 10/10 experience, I’d absolutely do it again.

The experience was...

The experience was amazing, punctual, they explained the rules well and what to expect. Jonathan was our operator and he was charismatic, and knowledgeable. The landing was a little rocky, but it was to be expected as a possibility. Breakfast was good fruit, breakfast burrito and champagne, oj and if you wanted to cut loose make yourself a mimosa. Overall 10/10 experience definitely will book again.

Wonderful experience!

Our experience with rainbow riders was top notch. Jon, who was our balloon captain did an awesome job and so did the crew with takeoff and landing Jon was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and answered everybody’s questions in the balloon. It was well worth the early wake up call!!! Beautiful all around. Definitely do for a bucket list trip!
