I booked this drive from Rome to cruise ship terminal and it was cancelled but I rec’d no text. I do not frequently check email on vacation. It was cancelled due to be out of city limits. It would have been helpful if viator had told me weeks in advance.

Good evening, Viator has canceled your booking as your booking referred to a transfer service to be carried out within the city of Rome and not a transfer to the port of Civitavecchia. So Viator (rightly) proceeded to cancel your booking as you booked the wrong product. Great experience. They were very flexible with our schedule and the driver was so helpful! Our bus to the train station was delayed and we were worried we would lose our reservation. We were able to easily connect with our Viator contact and they were very accommodating and understanding. Our driver even pointed out some of the sites as we were driving to our hotel in Rome.

I would absolutely recommend this transfer to anyone. We were picked up at Roma Termini on time, the driver specified his location and helped carry all of our bags right into the hotel. He was kind, helpful, and so friendly. He even gave us recommendations on places to see, where to eat, and things to do. Highly recommend this transfer service.
