Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early. We meet between the 2 green souvenir kiosks in front of the “Colosseo” metro stop - located just outside the lower-level entrance/exit. A representative will be there holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it.

This tour ends in the Colosseum Area. Depending on the entrance time of the Colosseum tickets we might visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill before heading to the Colosseum.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared excellent historical infotmation throughout the tour. The meet spot was described well and easy to find. The only downside was that the headsets that were provided to help amplify the tour guide’s voice weren’t that clear so sometimes it was hard to hear her.

The ancient ruins were amazing. The overall tour was ok. The headsets form my wife and I and another couple we met were of poor quality and frequent static. That quality tied with a thick Italian accent of the guide left us hearing only 60% of what she was trying to communicate. Take the tour but perhaps a different tour company where the tech and guide may be better.

Amazing! Brought my kids to see Rome and the Coliseum and it did not disappoint! Really enjoyed the tour of many different areas, and had a great guide in Elinor. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as entertaining. It was a very hot day, her attention to our overheating was commendable, she had us stopping in shady spots as much as possible and refilling our water bottles. I would highly recommend this tour and if you can request Elinor, do it!

I would encourage coming prepared for long but amazing walks. Do not suggest eating or drinking much prior and have water! Our guide Tatiana was excellent. Was great to learn more the true history and purpose versus whats portrayed in movies. She spoke with such passion and authenticity.... you would be lucky to have her as your guide!

Wonderful tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable, she kept the whole group together. The group had seniors and kids, our guide showed empathy with everyone’s pace, she stopped for small breaks for pictures and bathroom. Even thought we had some breaks we finished the whole tour on time. This was an excellent experience, highly recommended.
